Feng Jiu and A-li were at a fruit stall buying loquats and Yan Chiwu was following them around. He felt a little bored because Feng Jiu was having more fun with A-li.

"The Loquats in QingQue are better, let's move on." Feng Jiu commented.

"But I want to eat them Feng Jiu sister." He grabbed her clothes and whined.

"You are growing up. You should eat meat." She said.

"Then why don't you cook?"

"Today we'll just eat out, han."

"Okay. But next time I want your fish."

"Okay. Okay."

"Okay! Let's go to that restaurant then." Yan said almost scaring them both. It was as if he crept up behind them and startled them. He pulled them into the next street and there was a restaurant with a blue sign which said "SIRENS"

"It looks weird," Feng Jiu said upon checking it out from outside. The street was totally different from the one they were shopping in before. It was rather silent and less people were around.

"It looks fun." Both Yan and A-li said. The restaurant looked luxurious from the outside but they couldn't see inside. At the gate, there was a mermaid who greeted them. She was inside a huge glass aquarium. Her blue-green tail was extremely beautiful. She wore huge pearl earrings and her hair covered half of her face. She didn't smile but just greeted them and motioned them to go in.

Feng Jiu was totally creeped out but Yan and A-li rather admired the beauty of her and didn't seem to be bothered by the weird vibe. The moment they entered two beauties greeted them. They were also wearing those big pearls.

Maybe it's a trend here. But why didn't I see those in the market?

"Are you sure you don't wanna go to Qingque? That is where all the foxes gather. Plus you have an excuse." Lian Song said.

"I'll go." Dong Hua replied.

"Plus Bai Feng Jiu would be there."

"What about her?"

"I just said that. You seem to be interested in her a little."

"She's amusing. And I have some questions for her." Dong Hua words were rather shocking compared to his ever expression less face.

"Questions? What questions?" Dong Hua shrugged and removed his rod after catching a fish from the pond in Tai Chen palace and stood up. Lian Song blew his folding fan and knitted his brows.

"Tell me. What Questions?" He asked again. But Di Jun started walking ignoring him.

"Di Jun! You should tell a person the whole thing or not even a bit of it." The gossip king said in a grouch. Di Jun crossed his arms and walked away with a slight smirk.

Bai Feng Jiu held A-li's hand and walked inside with Yan. The inner region of the restaurant was totally different from the outside. Maybe they had set up a ward so that all the music and voices couldn't be heard from the outside. The restaurant seemed to be filled by higher class people rather than common people who were on the streets. There was a swimming pool in between where mermaids and merman swam. It was more of a bar. A few people ate and sat and the rest just enjoyed together by dancing or swimming. All of them or most of them were supposedly mermaids. After all, they were in the Green Sea's land. Their eyes were wide. A waitress ushered them to a table and served them some blue drinks which were complimentary or something. It wasn't far from the pool. Feng Jiu's eyes caught a very attractive man who was in the pool and many pretty mermaids surrounded him. They were all over him. But his eyes met Feng Jiu. She shook her head slightly and turned back to Yan.

"This is totally different from the demon realm. All of them are so beautiful!"

"Indeed," A-li said.

"Yan...Yan!" Feng Jiu called him but both the boys couldn't help but take it all in.

"Warrior Yan!"

"Yes."

"Let's get out of here at once. This isn't a place for us." She said. The man in the pool kept staring at her. She glared back at him and he gave her a lopsided smile back. He got out of the pool. The waitress came and served some fish.

"But we didn't order yet," Yan said. She also wore the same pearls.

"It's the only dish we sell here along with longevity wine."

"I can cook better than that. And longevity wine... You kidding me?" She huffed. "Nothing is awesome than Zhe Yan's peach wine."

"Just eat it Feng Jiu. Then we can go back."

"yes, yes." She laughed.

"So you're from Ten Miles of Peach blossoms." The man appeared at their table. At least now his clothes hid his abs. He sat down next to her and waited for her to reply.

"I am from QingQue. But isn't this rude of you?" Bai Feng Jiu pointed at him.

"Oh, I'm sorry if you think so. Let me introduce myself. I am Fang Lei, the owner of this place and the second prince of the East Sea."

"Nice to meet you. I'm Princess of Qingque, Bai Feng Jiu. This is A-li crown prince's son and Demon Lord Yan chiwu. I didn't know you'd greet us yourself." She said and looked away to brush him off quickly but he seemed like the type who'd stick around.

"I didn't know there were so many important guests today. Why don't we shift to the VIP area?"

"It's okay. We have to hurry back." Yan said, noticing Feng Jiu's troubled reaction. He blinked at Feng Jiu.

"Let's meet some other day then," he said expecting a farewell.

"Mermaid Uncle, do you like Sister Feng Jiu?" A-li asked. Feng Jiu glanced at him. Fang Lei grinned.

"Maybe." He said.

'Player.' Feng Jiu thought. She was rather amused.

"See you soon." He whispered in her ear. Feng Jiu huffed.

"Seems like he is a playboy." Yan chiwu commented with strange eyes.

"I thought you weren't that quick."

"Then should I ask him for advice on Ji Heng?" Yan murmured. Feng Jiu giggled.

"The real love goddess is sitting in front of you, and you want to ask a person who's not even serious about love. How can his little tricks work for real love?"

Feng Jiu rolled her eyes. She was a little embarrassed when Yan looked at her with shining eyes.

"Really?"

"Really. I know love better than you think. Its happiness and its pain too. Anyway just know it can't be too forced. And you can't expect them to love you back. It's effort, communication and fate." She sighed in her heart.

"Jie jie, mother was also said that love was a trial itself. Jie jie, is it that hard?"

Feng Jiu blinked and looked down. And Yan sighed audibly.
