Shiro's POV

I was sitting in the castle lounge listening to Allura rant.... again. She still mad at Lotor even though the coalition hasn't heard anything from him or Hagar since we left space.

Just as Allura was getting into the rant Coran walked in drenched in water with Lance, Hunk and Keith walking behind him. "Coran are you okay." I asked sceptically since Lance was smirking and Hunk and Keith both had looks of disapproval on their faces. "We took Coran to the beach." Lance replied clearly holding back laughter. "Oh, did you guys have fun." The princess asked. "Earth beaches are nothing like the ones on Altea. The water moves." He replied as Matt, Pidge and Adam walked in all of them looking like they haven't slept in days.

"You guys look terrible." Lance stated earning himself glares for all three of them. "Yea well if you spent two days straight studying a mysterious signal in the middle of the desert you would too." Pidge exclaimed harshly.

"Mothman?" Keith exclaimed almost to excitedly. "Keith, buddy, friend............ You've met aliens heck you are an alien yet you still have hope Mothman is real?" Lance countered. "Exactly if I can be alien then Mothman can be real." Keith simply stated stepping closer to Lance, their relationship has progressed more since the 3 months we've been on Earth.

"Can you nerds just go check out what the signal is I'm going to sleep." Pidge stated as they left clearly done with Keith and Lance's bickering. "The coordinates for the signal are in the control room." Matt said yawning. "Can we get this over and done with I'm tired." Adam piped in. "Sure, you four get to your lions, Matt and Adam will help guide you through the desert." I commanded. "And Coran I think you should change your dripping water everywhere." I finished before leaving the room to go the control centre.

Third person POV

As Shiro pulled up the coordinates Matt and Adam walked in each holding a cup of coffee. "You guys ready?" Shiro asked the paladin's through the intercom system even though the question was intended for both the paladin's and the two scientists. A still in Aw Adam followed behind Matt, the fact that Shiro was a able to lead such a well structured team still shocked Adam, Matt on the other had could practically feel the tension between the two.

"Can we finish this already, I got memes to catch up on." Matt stated trying to lighten the mood. "Matt you look dead, I think sleep is more important than memes." Shiro not getting the obvious hint from his best friend stated.

"Can you two dumbasses stop arguing we're coming up on the signal." Keith said trying to get the two to focus.

Adams POV

As the paladin's grew closer to the signal it seemed to become more of a destress signal. "Tread lightly we don't know what it is." Takashi said acknowledge the paladin's position.

"They'll be fine they've dealt with worse." Matt spoke, the delirium clearly setting in from the lack of sleep. "Matt you clearly need sleep, go we can handle it." Takashi said while push Matt out of the room only for him to collapse right outside the closing door. "He'll be fine. Right?" I asked only slightly worried about Matt. "Probably." Takashi answered simply.

"Isn't this the same place we found the blue lion." Lance asked
"It is." Keith replied pull up a different set of coordinates. "This is exactly where we found blue and further West is where we found Shiro and North is my childhood home." He stated confusing me even more than the fact that he's alien. Takashi clearly sensing my confusion answered my unasked questions, "Before Voltron was formed or we found any of the lions I crashed in a Galaran ship and the Garrison tried to cover it up. And Keith had been researching a signal that lead them to the blue lion."

After being completely dumbfounded by what Shiro had just said I turned my attention back to the monitors just in time to hear Keith state "I think we can leave I know exactly what's given off the signal."
"Keith?" Takashi questioned "Its the ship that my mother came on the first time she was on earth." He said stepping up to a black ship that had similar symbols to the armour he was wearing.
I really need sleep.
