Figment of Reality

Prologue

Author's note: First of all, this is a sequel of my first book entitled Passion and Death:) thanks for reading my first book it really means a lot to me:)

Daniel’s eyes are so devastated that his blue-gray eyes can’t stop crying as he fell on his knees watching the girl whom he’s been looking for and found out that she can’t never be his again. She kissed Eirran in front of Daniel “Nice to meet the both of you” Isabelle said sarcastically and gave a wicked smile as she glanced at both Justin and me and didn’t glance back at Daniel, she didn’t care about him.

Mia  can’t stop looking at Daniel crying and shouting Isabelle’s name as he holds a painting of them sitting together holding hands as they enjoy the view.

She might not know everything that had happened but she knows that he loves Isabelle, for the past years he hasn’t been tired of looking for her. Justin wrapped his arm around her “Mia I will already drive you home” Justin said and looked at Daniel before leaving him with the door shut. He drove her home, she knows that he’s affected by the damage that Isabelle had caused.

Even though it’s not her fault, she feels like it's her fault. “Can you please stop blaming yourself” Justin said bluntly as he looks sharply at the road.

Mia nodded and looked outside of the window, they arrived at her home. They went out of the car and opened her door, he holds her hand as they walk near their house.

She looked down and pursed her lip, Mia honestly don’t know what to say now. He tilted her head to face him and gave her a lingering kiss “Mia, dear I won’t be with you for a couple of days because of the damage” he stuttered.

“Have you forgotten about the exam? I mean we should start reviewing tomorrow because today is Friday and we have two days to review.” She retorted.

He gave me a forced smile, “I know that Mia, don’t worry I will do my best in the exam also. I will finish it earlier than the rest”.

She hugged him and took her  last glance of him before entering inside the house, “Where have you been Mia? It’s past seven.” Her mom said and touched her arm.

“I’m with Justin for the past hours, I was completely safe under his protection”.

Justin  took a long deep breath before opening the door, Daniel is drinking vodka right in front of the fire place. Tears fell on his cheeks as he drinks, he never saw him cry.

It’s not normal for him to cry, but now that Daniel knows about Isabelle he's sure that Daniel's going to kill hundreds of innocent person “How long did you know about their relationship?” Daniel said and cocked an eyebrow at Justin.

“A long time already for more than a month, I’m sorry but I didn’t want you to become a ripper again”.

Daniel throws the glass in the fire and clenched his fist, he came near Justin. He knows that Daniel's  pretty mad; this might be a long rest for him.

Justin is  ready to face the consequence; Daniel might drive a stake Justin's heart and remove it before he completely dies.

Daniel kicked the sofa out of the window and went out, Justin quickly try to follow him but Daniel's  just so desperate in finding a cure for his heart ache and he thinks killing people is the answer.
