The next ten days were miserable. I was totally blank! I was unable to understand what's happening with me.
I woke up at 1 PM, then did not eat anything the whole day. I just ate a platter of salad at night and slept at 3 AM.
My mom was worried and my dad met me almost everyday at the State Park which is a lane down, so that he could motivate me and tell me that everything is going to be alright.
I have heard dad telling me stories about his life in The Hailstone Vale, the boarding school I'll be going to. He used to tell me how much fun it was to run through the green valley and reach the only spot of Vale and stay their the whole night.
Pranking Mr. Jordan was one of my most favourite incident which dad told me.
Also, dad told me that studies are the most important thing there. It's fine if you enjoy and study and it doesn't affect your grades. But it's not acceptable if you just enjoy and not study.

Finally, the day had arrived. I was about to leave my beautiful house within an hour. I had my luggage ready. All I could think at that time was to take a tour of my own house.
The things which I thought were taking unnecessary spaces in our house seemed to be the most beautiful things. That Cheese Toast kept in our refrigerator suddenly felt appealing. This was the first time I was myself willing to talk to Jake. I wanted to say him a happy goodbye rather than shoot him with my bullet-like words.
Some paintings hanging on my room's wall, which earlier looked meaningless, suddenly felt full of deep meanings. They looked like the best part of my room.
I didn't even understand when did that one hour pass away. Soon, I heard our doorbell ring. I ran down the stairs to see who was there. To my surprise, it was dad, my real dad, Benjamin Miller. My happiness had no limits.
I ran over to him and hugged him tightly. My mom, who was standing near the staircase was looking at us and smiling.
"Won't you scold me, mom?" I asked her with a small smile and eyes lowered, looking at the floor.
"No, May. I won't." My mom replied with a beautiful smile, which highlighted her shimmering eyes.
Was she joking? She isn't going to scold me? That's insane!
My mom explained me why dad was here.
Mom and dad had a conversation on phone (finally). They have made a mutual decision to drop me at the boarding school together. Also, mom said Jake won't accompany us. To which I opposed. Sounded different? Yes, I opposed.
"Mom, I really want you and dad to drop me. But mom, Jake will also accompany us. Please?"
"May? Are you alright? It was you who did not want Jake to come along when I asked you about the trip."
"Mom, I know I said that and I know I must be sounding insane right now, but I seriously want Jake to come along. I'll return back after two literal years. Till then, whom will I hate? Please mom, let Jake come along."
"Okay. So Jake will accompany us. Alright, Jake?" Mom asked, looking at Jake.
"Absolutely. I'll be happy to accompany my enemy." Jake said with a huge smile.
I went upstairs to take my luggage while dad went outside to the parking area where the car was parked. Jake accompanied me to my room to help me with the luggage. Mom was busy packing some snacks for me. Mom knows that I'm a snakfreak.
Besides, dad once told me that the food offered by the cafeteria tastes same as food cooked by our cook: tasteless.
Me and Jake carried the luggage to the hall.
Soon, we were heading towards the car.
Finally, I, May Gabrielle Miller is going to leave her beloved family for two literal years. Goodbye.

Here comes Chapter 6. This was probably the only chapter which I felt was emotional. And probably the next chapter too. Well yeah, I'm disclosing. The next chapter is sensual! I'm sorry, but I had to tell you how May felt.
