Prentiss taped the sketch to the board, "NYPD doubled their patrols in Queens, where Berkowitz hunted next."

"Well," Rossi started, "He may not try to hit in Queens. He only copycatted one murder in Boston before he moved on."

Rossi was at the far end of the table, Aaron and Reid across from each other towards the middle of the table, Prentiss by the board. I was standing beside Reid, sorting through the photos of the crime scenes.

"Maybe now that he's back home in the states, he's accelerating for some reason or another."

"It might be because we have so many serial killers to choose from."

"So," JJ entered the room, "The cell phone he texted Monica DeJesus with was a burner."

"You know, somehow he managed to talk Camille Harrison into a threesome with a prostitute. This guy must be quite the charmer."

"You are not kidding. The amount of germs exchanged in a situation like that can be astronomical."

"Well, maybe Camille was into that kind of thing."

"Fair enough, but the unsub barely knew her. We would have had calls, texts, something. Everyone she was in touch with checks out."

"And he let Monica live. Copying the M.O. was so important to him, he needed to keep one of them alive."

I turned around as the detective entered the room, "One of our squads thinks they spotted someone that matches our guys description. He entered a warehouse in Queens."

We all jumped up and headed out towards the SUVs, the local police following in their squad cars. We put our vests on and checked our weapons on the road. It only took a few minutes to arrive. We split up inside the warehouse- Prentiss, an officer, and I went one direction, a few other officers went another. The rest of the team went in the other directions, out of our sight.

We kept our guns and flashlights out in front of us, marching through the winding building. We all met back up in the center of the warehouse, shouts of 'clear' echoing off the walls.

"Agents, McLeary here. We found something about a block over."

We made our way back through the warehouse and down the block, where two detectives were waiting by a car.

Prentiss was the first to look in, "Dammit! We almost had him!" She sighed and walked off.

There was a couple, shot execution style in the car. They were dressed up, likely going out for the evening. The forensics team arrived shortly after, as well as a few other police cars. JJ, Prentiss, and I stayed behind while the rest of our team returned to the precinct.
