CHAPTER 16 [Repost]

Hi guys! Hahahaha its a good thing to be back. I'm really sorry for not updating for more than two months already! >< Buuuuuut, I have a good reason not because I'm being lazy lol :3 Actually, during my Christmas break we got our internet disconnected because of stuff, then school started, I became busy again. I've got dance practice to attend, then student council, and building a miniature school building (How can you expect for a student to design and build our own miniature school in a week?!)

Well anyways,I'll shut up now and get on with the update! >u<

"Just promise that you'd come back, I'll- everyone would miss you..!"

-=MIZU'S POV=-

I woke up with my step-mother knocking on my bedroom door.

"Mizu?"

I took my phone and opened it to read at the time. Its nine o'clock... Wait nine o'clock?! I quickly got up from my bed to open the door. Outside my room stood my step mother a little shocked.

"G-Good morning..." I greeted a little embarrassed. She giggled.

"I-Its nine already, aren't we going to be late for the flight?"

"Oh, the flight was moved, we'll be leaving in the afternoon." Then, she poked her head inside my room. "And I see you still haven't packed anything yet."

"I-I'll do it..!" I whined. She laughed at me and shook her head.

"I'll help." I opened the door wider to let her in.

I pulled out a large luggage under my bed while she opened my closet door. She started taking out clothes. She brought them to my bed and started folding them neatly. After folding them, I put the clothes inside the luggage.

"Are you going to bring swimsuit?" I looked at her and nodded slowly.

I stood up and went to my closet to bring out a one piece and a two piece swimsuit. I showed them to my step mother who nodded to my choice. I folded them and put them inside the luggage along with my other clothes.

"Next are the toiletries..." I mumbled to myself. I brought out a smaller bag for my toiletries. Inside it, I put my shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant and more. After putting them inside I zipped it lock.

"Ah, Mizu, you forgot this." And then my step mother handed me a lotion mixed with sunblock SPF 24.

"Thanks." I smiled and too the item form her and put it inside the bag.

"Well I guess we're done. You can charge your gadgets for awhile and in the meantime I'll cook lunch for the two of us." I nodded but before she could close the door,

"U-Um..! Maybe I can help you cook?" She stopped and turned to me. "N-Nevermind..!"

"Sure. But make sure to tie your hair first and to wash your hands, okay?"

"ITS OVERFLOWING!" I screamed. My step mother stopped chopping the vegetables and ran to me.

"Mizu?!"

"T-The water is overflowing!" I screeched. She sighed and went to the stove. She adjusted the heat and the water stopped overflowing and I sighed in relief.
