CHAPTER 10

"Mi-chan, Good morning!" Nagisa greeted Mizu.

"Nagi-chan." Mizu said with a smile. 

"Let's go to school together!" Nagisa offered

"Sure!" and they walked to the gates of Iwatobi High School so Nagisa decided to open a topic. "How did you know Rin-chan?" Nagisa asked "Rin... well we're good friends when he was in Australia." Mizu replied glancing at Nagisa.

"So you also came from Australia?" 

"Yeah. Though Rin left first."

"But I thought you came from Kyoto?" Mizu's shoulders tensed.

"Uh... um well... something happened to Australia so we came to Kyoto..."

"Oh... so what happened to Australia?" Nagisa asked out of curiosity.

"I wish not to speak of it..." Mizu replied.

"Ok!" after that they separated ways.

Mizu arrived at the classroom and she sat on her desk. When suddenly a shadow loomed over her. "Good morning." she looked up and saw Haruka. "Haruka-kun, good morning." Mizu returned the greeting.

"Are you okay now?" 

"Yes, thank you very much Haruka-kun. A-And h-here." Mizu said as she handed Haruka his handkerchief back. "You can keep it." Haruka replied he went to his desk and sat. "Hmmm... something happened?" Makoto popped out of nowhere. "M-Mako-chan!" Mizu was shocked. "N-nothing happened!" Mizu quickly replied as she quickly hid Haruka's handkerchief. Makoto tilted his head to the side. Blinked several times and then smiled. "Okay." he said and walked back to his desk.

-=TIME SKIP=-

Classes ended and Mizu was about to pack her things when a large shadow loomed over her. She looked up and saw Makoto with a large smile. "Hey, let's go to the pool!" he said. Mizu stared at her then hher eyes landed on Haruka's desk which was empty. 

Mizu was about to make an excuse when Makoto spoke again. "No buts this time." Mizu gulped. "J-Just let me fix my things..." Mizu chocked out. Makoto nodded.

When Mizu was done Makoto dragged her to the pool where the swimming club is waiting. 

"Mi-chan!" Nagisa squealed and got out of the pool to hug Mizu. Unfortunately, he is wet so he slipped and ended up face-planting the floor. Mizu stifled her laugh but in the end she can't hold it in and started to giggle. 

When Nagisa was able to stand again he pouted. "That's mean, Mi-chan..."

"S-Sorry." Mizu wiped a tear on her eye because of laughing too much. 

"You don't look sorry at all." Nagisa pouted more.

"Really..?" Mizu giggled.

"Okay you two love birds should continue it later." a voice said they turned and saw a man.

"Goro-san!" he grinned.

"Miss me?" he winked. Mizu just stood there.

"Um... what is a pizza guy doing here..?" she asked. 

Nagisa snickered, Gou giggled, Rei adjusted his glasses, Haruka had a poker face on, Makoto smiled, and Goro sulked in the corner.

"Um actually, Mizu-senpai, Goro-san is the one coaching Rei and the others." Gou explained. Mizu flushed in embarrassment. "I-I'm so sorry! I-I didn't mean to!" Mizu quickly apologized to Goro.

Goro still continued to sulk. "Goro-san..." they turned again and saw Amakata. "S-Sensei!" Mizu bowed.

"Hello." she smiled. Then she turned to Goro. "Goro-san, Nagisa-kun just called you Goro the Demon." Goro's expression changed from sulky to shock to confusion then into fury in a matter of seconds which made Mizu wonder how he did that. "Oh~~ so I'm Goro the Demon now. Nagisa!" Nagisa began to tremble "Give 50 laps around the WHOLE school only wearing your swim gear NOW!" Nagisa began to protest. Goro glared at him that made him gulped. 

In the end he ran. "But I didn't said it..." he mumbled as he passed by Mizu.

Practice ended without any problems for Mizu. When she was in the pool with the others laughing, watching them train, and having fun, Mizu seemed to forgot about the nauseous feeling, her chest tightening and the pounding of her head.

A smile made its way to her face. Before she knew it she was skipping. But then she bumped into someone.

"A-are you okay?!" she asked in a panicky voice. She stretched out her hand and the person took it. The person looked up and Mizu's eyes widen in shock and horror.

"Anna..."
