-=MIZU'S POV=-
I walked down the stairs scratching my eyes in the process.
"Good morning, Mizu."
"Good morning." I greeted back.
I sat down to the dinning area and my step-mother placed my breakfast in front of me.
"Thanks for the meal." I mumbled and I began to eat. "Where's, Papa?" I asked.
"He left early." she replied as she placed another plate then sat down across from me. "Um... can I leave the house today?" I asked as I took a bite of the food. "Where are you going?" she asked. I didn't answered. "I guess you can go, but be sure to come back early." I nodded. I took the last bite and stood up.
I entered my room once again and went to my closet. After scanning for a moments I settled for a denim pants and a black hoodie. When I finally finished dressing up. I grabbed my phone, headphones and wallet.
I walked down the stairs and saw my father.
"Where are you going?" he asked with a cold voice. I looked down.
"Kyoto..."
"And why is that?" I didn't answered.
"Honey, here's the papers you were asking." my step-mother appeared and handed him a brown envelope. My father looked at me coldly before grabbing the envelope from her and walked away.
"I-I'm going off.." I said and walked away.

I sat down on the train and heaved a sighed.
Anna...
I sighed once again and brought out my phone. I noticed that there was a message from Gou-chan. I opened my phone and I tried to stifled a laugh.
From: Gou-chan
Just as I promised, Mizu-sempai! Here's the picture from yesterday! XD
I scrolled down and saw the picture of Nagi-chan blushing while running on the school grounds only on his swimming gear.
I closed my phone and smiled.
There was still a long way to go and so I decided to listen some music.
-=TIMESKIP=-
Its my stop. I turned off my music and removed my headphones then I stepped out of the train. I walked out of the station and went to a flower shop.
As I pushed the door open the bell rung. "Welcome!" I looked and saw a man around twenty with a blue apron on and a smile on his face. "How may I help you?" he asked. I looked around for a bit and saw lots of flowers on it.
"Um... I'm going to visit... the cemetery..." I gulped "And I was looking for a flower... to offer..."
"How much was your budget?"
"I have 5000 yen..."
"Hmmm..." he paused for awhile. "I suggest a bonquet of white, pink and red carnations if you want." he said with a smile. I stared at him then he laughed. "Red carnations symbolizes admiration, pink ones stands for remembrance and white one are for pure love and innocence." My eyes widened at the word innocence. I-I'm not innocent! I-I killed her!
The man maybe noticed my reaction so he quickly said, "If you want we can also have Lilies, Roses or Gerbera, they're also popular choices."
"M-Maybe I'll get a bouquet of Pink Gerberas and White lilies..." the man nodded and quickly prepared the bouquet.
When he was done. I paid him and left the flower shop.
-=TIMESKIP=-
I finally reached the cemetery where she was buried. I tightened my hold on the bouquet as I searched for her grave.
After a few more minutes of walking I stopped.
Ayami Anna
I gulped. I knelled and placed the bouquet. Its been a year already...
"I miss you..." I whispered as tears began to blur my vision. "I-I'm sorry, if it weren't because of me... If only I was strong to save you, you wouldn't have died..." I wiped my eyes as tears flow like water from a faucet. "Maybe right now, we are hanging out or talking. But because I'm so useless and incompetent I wa-wasn't able to save you..! B-Because of me you died!" I sobbed as I buried my face to my hands. "Its my fault... its my fault... A-And I'm sorry..."
"What are you doing here?!" I looked up and saw Anna's parents. "You insolent child!" her mother shouted as she grabbed my by my hoodie and threw me away from Anna's grave. "I don't need this!" she screamed as she threw the bouquet I bought to my face.
"Because of you my daughter died! It could have been better if you ARE the one who died!"
She's right... It might have been better of I was the one who died and not Anna. After all before I met Anna... I also killed my mother.
Shadow covered my eyes as tears streamed down silently. I saw through my bangs Anna's mother walking to me, Anna's father standing silently. I saw her raise her hand to slap me. I closed my eyes. I deserve it. Actually I deserve worse...
I waited for the slap but there was none. I opened my eyes and saw Anna's mother's hand being held inches away from my face.
"Sheesh, this is not some drama or anything, you know." I turned and saw a guy around my age with jet black hair light blue eyes. "L-Let go of me!" Anna's mother snatched her hand back. Then a weight was placed on my left shoulder. "Lets get out of here."
-=TIMESKIP=-
When we were out of the cemetery a shadow was still covering my eyes. "Here." I looked at his hand and saw a handkerchief. "I-I'm fine..." I said as I wiped my tears with my hands. "You don't look okay to me though..." he said.
"I'm Yamazaki Sousuke by the way." he said as he extended his hand for a handshake.
"Megami Mizu." I took his hand.
