CHAPTER 9

Hi guys! ynnabanana25 here! So um... I joined watty awards... yup well dunno why, I just saw their account then they have Free! category so I thought why not? I'll give it a shot! So poof! -=HARUKA'S POV=-

I was walking around the aquarium. After the joint practice between Samezuka everyone went home but I told them that I'll stay and asked Makoto to carry my bag home. So I ate lunch first then I saw a poster nearby about some live aquarium. So after I finished eating my lunch I went to the poster. The place shall be near so I headed there. 

I successfully entered the aquarium then suddenly there was an announcement.

"************* will start their performance in 10 minutes"

Not that I'm interested anyway. I came here to admire sea creatures. Actually I have considered jumping in the large aquarium but then I saw a shark and kinda reconsidered it. I still wanna live longer you know.

I walked around a little and heard someone whimpered. "R-RIN?!" I heard someone say after that it was followed by a sob. I looked around and saw hazel colored hair. "Mizu?" I called the figure turned and she ran to hug me. I was taken aback at first then I noticed that she was crying. I tried to comfort her by placing on of my arms around her waist while my other hand drew circles on her back trying to calm her down. Instead she cried harder.

I sighed. I let her go and assisted her on walking. I brought her to one of the areas where there are benches. I settled her on one of the benches.  And I sat beside her. I handed her my handkerchief. She looked up with surprise. I nodded at her. She looked at my hand again before taking the handkerchief and used it to dry her tears. She sniffed.

"What happened?" I asked she noticeably tensed up "Its okay if you don't want to tell me..." I said and she nodded then she hiccuped. I stood up her eyes widen. "I'm just gonna buy something to drink. I'll be right back." she nodded and I left.

-=RIN'S POV=-

I ran around the aquarium looking for the familiar hazel hair. I bumped into some random strangers and quickly muttered a quick apology. Where did she go?! I stopped running for a few seconds to catch my breath when I noticed there's a couple and I approached them. "Um... do you by any chance saw a girl this high?" I said as I lift my arms just below my shoulder. "A girl with hazel hair that reaches up to her lower back." sadly they both shook their heads. I sighed and thanked them after that I ran again. Just where the hell did you go, Mizu?!

I was about to fasten my pace when I noticed something. Black hair. Deep blue eyes. Haruka. I decided to follow him. He went to a vending machine and bought two cans of soda. After that he went back and I'm still following him...

-=MIZU'S POV=-

After a few minutes Haruka-kun came back with two cans of soda on his hands "I don't know what you like so I just bought these." he said while handing me one can of soda "Um... no its okay... by the way thank you for earlier..." I said while clenching at the can with both hands. It was silent for awhile but it was not a suffocating silence. I decided to open the can but then I can't open it. Haruka-kun seemed to notice it. He took the can away from me. He opened it and handed it back to me. After I mumbled a soft thank you I took a sip.

"MIZU!" someone roared both of us turned and saw Rin.

"Rin?" I said out of shock. He looks really angry and that made me flinched. He glared at Haruka-kun. Who in return just stared at Rin. He grabbed my wrist and dragged me away.

-=GENERAL'S POV=-

"What was that all about?!" Rin roared as soon as they were in a secluded place. 

"I...uh...um..." 

"What if something happened?! Thank goodness that its Haruka who found you. But what if its someone else?! And... And took advantage of you?! They... they could have..." at that Mizu just giggled

"WHAT?!"

"Rin is funny." she said as she smiled at Rin "I'm okay now." Rin sighed and just ruffled Mizu's hair "Hey! I said not to mess with my hair!" she shouted at Rin as she pouted Rin just chuckled at her. "Rin! Rin! I wanna go to the xxxx next!" Mizu said with a very cheerful tone as she tugged on Rin's arm like a little kid (she is little XD) "Fine, fine." Rin sighed as the two of them began to walk away.
