A/N: So, back a while ago I said I would update two chapters in honor of the 4K. Well, those two chapters were originally 45 and 46, but I messed up some of the writing and had to redo those chapters and because of that they ended up getting combine together instead. So, this chapter is extremely long, (32 double-spaced pages, geez) and is in honor of the book reaching 4K reads! So anyway, enough of my babbling, enjoy the chapter!!!***Laxus's p.o.v***
I had no idea what had happened the night before, but one thing was certain, Rachel was pissed. Like Rachel doesn't get pissed, like ever. I didn't even think she could get pissed, but here we are walking to the stadium for day two of the games with Rachel ignoring us as she walked a head of us.
She was so pissed, she didn't even give us our smoothies for our hangovers as she did for the others, simply stating, "You four don't get one," in a dark manner.
"I have no idea what we did, but whatever it was, it was bad," Bickslow says concerned to the rest of us.
"No kidding, I don't think I've ever seen her this mad," Ever comments.
"I didn't even think she could get this mad," I muttered.
"What do we do?" Freed questioned, really concerned.
"Well... if you want to know what happened, I could tell you," Master Mavis pipes up happily, seemingly popping out of nowhere.
***Timeskip***
After Master Mavis's explanation, we were left absolutely mortified.
"Oh shit," Bickslow muttered.
"Oh shit is right," I agreed.
"Oh shit isn't enough to describe it," Freed surprisingly exclaimed.
"We are so dead," Ever muttered.
"We need to apologize," she spoke up.
"An apology ain't gonna be enough," I mumbled.
"We could try?" Bickslow suggested hopefully.
"We should except any punishment she deems to be fitting," Freed explained.
We all fearfully nodded, but knew we seriously deserved it.
We ran to catch up to her before we tried to talk to her.
"Rachel!" Bickslow shouted as we ran up to her.
She ignored us seemingly continuing forward like she didn't even know we were there.
"Rachel wait, please," I tried.
She didn't even flinch.
I sighed. "Rachel, we're really sorry. We shouldn't have done that to you, and we apologize for what happened," I apologized.
"We were jerks to you, we're sorry," Bickslow apologizes.
"We treated you terribly, we're so sorry," Evergreen apologizes.
"It was wrong of us to treat you like that. We're terribly sorry and we hope you can forgive us. We are willing to except any punishment you deem to be worthy," Freed said looking down as we all nodded in agreement.
Rachel stopped. "So, you guys remember?" She asked us.
"No. Master Mavis told us what happened," I explained.
"Rachel, we're so very sorry," I muttered apologetically.
She turned to us sharply.
"You all are never allowed to drink that much again and you will receive a worthy punishment for your actions, and after that, and only after that, will you be allowed to talk to me, but I still won't forgive you," Rachel said sternly.
