"We better cheer ourselves up for Daithi and his date." Sean pointed out after a long moment of silence.

I nodded, and went to the bathroom for make-up. I dress in a semi-formal wear; just a black button-up blouse with a tank top underneath, along with dark blue jeans. I lace up my converse shoes and occupied myself with mobile games while Sean edits and uploads his video. After he gets ready, we both head out the door and drive to the restaurant Daithi is at.

On the way there, I wanted to mention that speech. "So... that talk at the end of the video..."

"I know... I hope I didn't upset you." Sean replied.

"Yeah. I was wondering, were you reminded of me during that speech?"

"Yes. And my teenage self, and my Uncle. Generally, just the thought of suicide itself, the fact that people do that. It's horrible. I turn on the news and the top story is a teenage girl or boy found hanged in their own bedroom. It saddens me."

"Yeah..." I agree. We'll be in a better mood once we're with Daithi and his girlfriend. I'm sure we will. Daithi may have a short fuse, but he's always fun to hang out with.

We pulled up to Boston Pizza, a popular Canadian restaurant. I heard it was founded in Edmonton, Alberta in 1965, where my cousins live. We spotted Daithi with his girlfriend inside, sitting and talking at a booth.

"His girlfriend looks pretty!" I exclaim.

"So does Daithi," Sean said with a serious tone. He turned to face me, grinning. "What, did you think I was serious?"

"Yeah," I giggled. We headed into the restaurant and raced over to Daithi's booth.

"Daithi!" Sean exclaimed.

"Jack!" He shook his hand and gave him a 'Bro Hug'. "And this is your girlfriend?"

"Autumn," I shyly squeaked.

"Nice to meet you, Autumn." He smiled, kissing my hand.

I blushed shades of red and smiled. Out of the corners of my eye, I can see Daithi's girlfriend's and Sean's eyes full of jealousy. I adjusted the collar on my blouse, wishing I could vanish.

"Well, Autumn, my name's Berenice." Her grin was welcoming and sweet. The way her dark brown hair just falls perfectly into place... I want to stare at her all day.

"Hi. You're so beautiful!" I squealed.

"You too," she chuckles.

Am I really? Sean always says that, but everytime he does I just agree, even though on the inside I don't. The cutting? The crying? The acne? I'm like a hopeless teenager. Sometimes, I feel like a hopeless teenager.

"I've heard about you, Berenice." Sean said.

"Yeah, Daithi must've told you about me."

"I'm glad to see you two have met after being separate from each other for so long." Sean smiled.

"Yeah. No one likes long-distance relationships." Daithi pouted.

Sean's smile quickly faded away, and so did mine. He must've been thinking about his girlfriend in Korea...

"Hello, how's your evening?" A waiter in black and red greeted. She was relatively young and beautiful, carrying a notepad and a pen. Her name tag read 'Arianna'. Her name was pretty too.

"Great," Berenice said.

"That's good. What will you like to drink?" Arianna asked.

"Pepsi, please." I said. The others agreed.

"Okay, I'll return with your drinks in a bit." She smiled and stormed off.

Later, she returned with our drinks and menus. "Here you go, and I'll be back later to take your orders."

I scanned through the menu, deciding which meal would appeal most to me.

Eventually Sean put down his menu. "How about we all get a starter first? Like... oven-roasted wings sounds good."

"Yeah, I agree." I licked my lips.

"After that, let's get a medium Meateor™ and medium cheese pizza with pepperoni toppings." Daithi suggested.

Sean shut the car door, sighing and rubbing his stomach. "That was good."

"Oh yeah, it was delicious. My cousins are from Edmonton, Alberta, where Boston Pizza was founded." I remarked.

"In Canada? Really?" Sean asked.

"Yeah. They said their city doesn't get much recognition, but at least they're recognized for Boston Pizza." I chuckled.

"You got that right." Sean agreed.

"Is Daithi and Berenice coming over?" I questioned.

"Not tonight, in the morning they will."

We arrived at his apartment at 9.

"How was that double date?" Sean asked. "I hope it wasn't too informal, considering it was pizza..."

"What do you mean? It was perfect. I got to meet Daithi and Berenice, with pizza on the side."

He scratched his head. "My question is, why did he mention long distance relationships? He knows I broke up with my girlfriend in Korea for some time now." He clenched his fists. "And he kissed your hand..."

"I'm not taking sides, and even if I did I'd be with you... But maybe he was just being a gentleman?" I suggested. Daithi's a good friend, he wouldn't do that to anger Sean.

"I'm... just angry."

He sat on the couch. I massaged his shoulders. No guy like Sean should be upset over this. "Look on the bright side, you met Daithi in person, and it's one of our first dates as a couple."

He didn't answer. I sat beside him and rested my head on his shoulders and intertwined my fingers with his. His only response was a frustrated grunt. I turned towards him. His eyes were full of rage and confusion, but his lips were soft and pink. I gave him a quick peck on the lips, hoping his anger would go away.

Sean sighed, smiling. He kissed me back, longer and more passionate. I smiled through my kissing and pushed him on the couch to lay on top of him. As time passed by, our kisses became deeper and our breathing became more heavier.
I felt seductive, sinful, yet I feel like I'm in Heaven.
