Once he finally finished talking, Deku noticed that he wasn't exactly in the dorms anymore. In fact, he had no clue where he was. Worriedly looking around, he didn't even know how to get out. There were so many different hallways, almost like maze; he was definitely lost.
Mentally face-palming, he tried to look for a way out. Every step he took echoing, he concluded that this way pretty far down, and very much empty. But that unfortunately means that he may not be heard if he called for help. How long did I even mutter for..?
Well he couldn't think about that fr the time being. What he needed was a way out...
What seemed like hours passed as he wandered aimlessly in an almost pitch black catacombs. Nothing but his own breathing and footsteps could be heard until-
'rrrrrrt- rrrrrrrt-' The boys phone started vibrating. Quickly taking it out of his pocket, he hung it up without reading the caller ID. Seconds later a notification popped up; 'One missed call from; Kacchan'. Of course he'd be calling me now, it's probably been at least an hour since I've seem him.. Still though, he didn't call or text him back. Bakugo coming down in search of the greenette would only make things worse for the two of them, so he decided to keep walking by himself.
Not too much longer, his feet started to get really tired. Sure, he did have wings, but there was no way he knew how to control them. Definitely something he should've asked Nejire about earlier. But thankfully, there soon was a light source-of some kind-around the corner. SO at the least, he could take a small break next to the lantern so he could see--
"Oh, you're new here!" a girls' voice called out, making the freckled boy jump back and land on the ground. "Woah, did I scare you? Sorry about that!" she joked.
The light source was now clearly a lantern glowing a bright yellow, and showing Deku what this girl really looked like. She had scaly pink skin, fluffy pink hair, and what looked like some sort of cheetah print one-piece with burgundy boots. Definitely unique, but not the weirdest thing he's seen so far. "Uhm...you gonna say anything?"
"O-Oh, yeah, sorry." he said finally. Midoriya got up and brushed himself off, saying; "I'm Izuku Midoriya, what's your name?" He just stared at a random stranger for 5 minutes, the least he could do was be polite about it. Even if he was still lost; at least somebody was here with him.
"Mina Ashido! It's nice to meet you Midoriya!" she said, and stuck her hand out for a handshake. "You lost?"
"Yeah, a little. Could you help me get back to the dorms?"
"Not a problem, follow me!"
