Aaliyah's Point of View

I ducked behind someone's car that was in their driveway and tried to hide myself.

"Shit shit shit shit." I whispered to myself quietly as I sat down on the ground in front of the car.

"Alright mom ill be back." I heard a door open.

How much bad could my luck get. I had no choice but to get up now. I held my head high and walked back to the sidewalk.

"Aaliyah?"

"Heey mama." I said with a fake smile. "W-what are doing, shouldn't you be at work?"

"No the question is what are you doing its 10 o'clock in the morning you should be in school." She said as I put my head down. "Why are you wearing the same clothes from yesterday?"

I looked at her with pleasing eyes hoping she didn't get it.

"Aaliyah!" She said figuring it out.

"Ma I'm sorry." I pleaded.

She stopped, sighed, and looked at me wide eyed. "Did you use protection?" She asked quietly.

I quickly nodded yes. "Lets go." She said as we started walking back to the house. I knew I was in trouble, I swear I'm stupid.

When we arrived back at the house I instantly went upstairs to take a shower.

Jacob's Point of View

I woke up next to Nicole. Those puppy dog eyes can fool anybody.

"Oh good morning babe." She said leaning over to kiss me.

"Good morning Nicole." I said as she laid on my chest. We intertwined our hands together as silence filled the room.

"Jacob?"

"Yeah?"

"I saw Aaliyah at the mall the other day," Here we go. I swear Nicole is the most insecure girl I've ever met. Aaliyah this. Aaliyah that. The only reason I let her finish was because I wanted to know...

"You did?" I asked trying to act non interested.

"Yeah, she was acting like a hoe. I mean c'mon now, first you was at school riding Craig's dick then you go act like a hoe at the mall." I shook my head listening to every word she said.

If talking to dudes automatically considered you a hoe then Nicole must be past the hoe stage. Shit, past that stage.

Eventually she stopped talking about it and we laid in bed.

I didn't have to leave until a little later so I decided to leave anyway. I went to my house, took a shower, and went to sleep. My mom wasn't going to be home till five.

1:27 a.m. That's what time it was when I woke up. My room was dark and the house was quiet.

I left my room and went downstairs. It was pitch black.

This was the perfect time for a walk. Dark, quiet, peaceful.
