"What! A quirk assessment test!", the class shouts.

"But orientation we're gonna miss it", the brown hair girl said.

"If you want to make it to the big leagues you can't waste time on pointless ceremonies" everyone gasped as he continued. "Here at UA, we're not tethered to traditions that means that I get to run my class however I see fit. You've been taking standardized tests most of your lives but you never got to use your quirks on physical exams before. The country's still trying to pretend we're all created equal by not letting those with the most power excel. It's not rational. One day the ministry of education will learn". He then turns, Bakugou you managed to get the most points on the entrance exam. What was your farthest distance throw with a softball when you were in junior high".

"67 meters I think".

"Right, trying doing it with your quirk". Bakugo then walked over to the circle on the ground and was handed a ball. "Anything goes just stay in the circle. Go on you're wasting our time".

"Alright man you asked for it", he did some simple stretches'. He then violent started to hurl the ball. Just before it left his hand he made explosions' that propelled it far into the air.

"All of you need to know your maximum capabilities. It's the most rational way of figuring out your potential as a pro".

A smirk appeared on most of the class faces as some started to talk. "I wanna go that looks like fun", said one girl with pink hair and skin.

"This is what I'm talking about", said another with spiky black hair, "using your quirks as much as we want".

A dark aura seems to form around the teachers as he said, "So this looks fun huh". Everyone stopped talking as our faces when back to being surprised. "You have three years here to become a hero do you think it's all gonna be games and playtime? Idiots. Today you will compete in eight physical tests to gauge your potential whoever comes in last has none and will be expelled immediately".

"WHAT!!!", almost the whole class shouted.

"Like I said I get to decide how this class runs, understand? If that's a problem you can head home right now".

I was about to start shouting about how this is wrong but I was beaten to the punch by someone else. "You can't send one of us home! I mean we just got here! Even if it wasn't the first day that isn't fair!", said the brown hair girl.

"Oh and you think natural disasters are or power-hungry villains? Or catastrophic accidents that wipe out whole cities. No, the world is full of unfairness. It's a hero's job to combat that unfairness. If you want to be a pro you're going to have to push yourself to the brink. For the next three years, UA will throw one terrible hardship after another at you. So go beyond plus ultra style. Show me it's no mistake that you're here". We stood there as we mentally prepare for the test ahead. "Now then we're just wasting time by talking. Let the games begin".

"Runners on your mark", a mechanical voice said to Iida and me as we ready ourselves for to run. "Ready", he was in a runner position and I just stood there. The bang when of and I instantly got to the finish line, "0 seconds". A little after I hear "3.04 seconds" as a gust of wind past me.

"Well those two are definitely in their element", said the teacher in the background, "but speed won't help them in every test".

As the others went I walked over to Iida, "Man dude, you're fast".

"oh um.. thank you. You were quite impressive yourself".

"Thanks, man. Best of luck with your other test", as I walk away to the gym and patted his back. What I didn't notice was a blush on his face as I left.
