It was 10:20 and Sara and Doyun were standing near the front door with me, anxiously waiting for the car to show up.

Veda:
10:15
Good morning, Ara!
We are about ten minutes out so we will be ready and waiting a little early.
No rush, though! We'll see you soon.

This meant I had roughly five minutes until I got into a car with a BigHit representative. How wild is that? I had adored this band for years and now my soulmate might be one of them. Of course, I've never been as obsessed as Sara and I guarantee she's going to beg to meet them.

"Are you ready?" Sara asked, patting me down.

"Ready enough," I sighed. "Hugs please?"

Sara said nothing and tackled me in a hug, Doyun adding himself to the hug once I balanced Sara's hold. It felt like a hug from my parents before I left for college. It felt so official. It felt like the start of something new.

As I released them from the hug, I saw a car pull up outside.

"This is it. . .I'll text you when I get there," I smiled. "I love you guys."

"Be safe," Sara smiled and slipped something into my back pocket. "That's for if things click immediately."

"You're disgusting," I shook my head and kisses their cheeks. "Bye, you two."

I stepped outside and pulled the door to. A woman stepped out of the car. It appeared to be the woman I talked to on the phone.

"Good morning, Ara!" She beamed. "It's lovely to see you face to face."

"Morning. . .thank you for picking me up," I smiled.

"Of course, of course!" She smiled and opened the car door. "I brought someone with me, I hope you don't mind."

A young woman stepped out of the car and smiled at me. She was Jin-Ah, Yoongi's soulmate.

"Hello!" Jin-Ah smiled. "I am Min Jin-Ah, Min Yoongi's wife."

"Oh um, hello," I panicked, in awe of her beauty. "I'm Yuri Ara-Joon. I go by Ara though."

"Lovely to meet you," Jin-Ah smiled. "You can call me Jin but if Seokjin oppa is around, Jin-Ah works best."

"Will do," I smiled.

It hit me that I'd be around Jin too at some point if all this was true. It felt surreal. A feeling all too familiar lately and I wasn't sure if I liked it.

"We should get going. I planned a lunch that should start by 1:45 and you need to talk to Jungkook first." Veda said, shuffling us all into the car.

I climbed into the car and it roared to life and pulled away from the curb. It was time for a tedious two hours.

"So," Jin-Ah smiled at me from beside me. "May I see the ring?"

I pulled it from under my shirt and held it towards her.

"May I touch it?" She asked.

"Absolutely," I smiled, comforted by her politeness.

She gently pulled it from my hand, turning it over and admiring the engraving.

"You're little Jungkookie's soulmate alright. . ." Jin-Ah smiled. "His is identical."

I didn't know what to say. She seemed so happy to see the ring.

"Do you like BTS?" Jin-Ah asked.

"Oh yes, yes I do. My friend Sara loves them more and pushed me to contact BigHit." I replied.

"Bias?" She asked and I turned red.

"Actually, um, Yoongi." I said, embarrassed to tell his own wife such a fact.

"Ah, he's my bias too," she smiled and gently let my ring go. "Are you excited to meet Jungkook?"

"Yeah, yeah I am. Scared too," I said. "Really scared."

"I remember picking up Xia and she was the same," Jin-Ah said. "It'll be okay, though. Meeting your soulmate is so special."

I smiled as she glanced out the window. She was stunning and so incredibly nice. I wonder if this is who I'm meant to be like. . .I wonder if the other girls will accept me as much as she does. I wonder if the boys will. What if Jungkook rejects me? It's happened before. Some soulmates reject each other and they either live alone or marry another rejected or widowed soulmate. Maybe that was my fate, maybe that's why this feels so wrong. . .only time will tell. I'm probably just overreacting, but how would you feel on a two hour car ride to meet your soulmate?

"So, Jin-Ah agrees that you're a match," Veda smiled. "You need to be prepared for some life changes after the clasp is undone."

"Like what?"

Veda folded her hands and sighed.

"Well, we don't expect you flip your life completely upside down," Veda said. "You can live at home still, but you are going to have to have a security detail any time you leave home. Word spreads fast. We kept Jin-Ah, Ellie, Lena, we kept all the girls as private as possible but people still found them."

Jin-Ah turned to me again, a small smile on her face.

"It seems scary at first but the security guards become your best friends," Jin-Ah said. "They're kind souls."

"Extremely kind. All of them are approved by the boys before they're hired," Veda said. "Other things that change is gonna involve devoting your time to Jungkook. Getting to know him is your number one priority. When you first meet your soulmate is critical time, you understand?"

"I do," I said. "Will I be alone with him?"

"Not until after the unclasping." Veda said. "After that, you two may talk alone."

I nodded and smiled at the two women.

"Any more questions for either of us?" Veda asked.

"Um, Jin? How did meeting your soulmate feel?"

"Oh, at such a young age, it was unexpected," Jin-Ah said. "But the second I saw him I felt comforted. The glow of my ring scared me at first, but then I shouted his name when I saw it. We had never met before, but we immediately hugged. I had never felt safer or more loved."

"Oh. . .that's so nice," I smiled. "When did you start dating since you were so young?"

"We began really acknowledging our bond when we were about 15. His friends started finding their soulmates and so he kinda felt the need to make it known he was taken," Jin-Ah grinned. "Although he was never too flashy about it. He takes pride in having me to himself."

The car eventually fell silent after an hour of conversation, involving a few more basic details and questions. I had an hour to myself and so I turned on some music and closed my eyes.
