Anna, Riddle, Crowley, Rook and Helena quickly rushed to the hospital by Crowley's car. On the way they got chased by the police for speeding but they managed to evade them. They also knocked over several street lights and traffic cones, but overall they managed to arrive at the hospital without further incident.

When they arrived on the fourth floor, they immediately saw several doctors and nurses rushing a stretcher, with Ace on it, towards a room with a defibrillator.

A large glass window separates Ace and the others. On the defibrillator, it showed that Ace was having a cardiac arrhythmia, and his face was red due to fever from hypotension caused by the septic shock.

Anna and the others watched in horror as the doctors performed defibrillation on Ace to revive him.

"How could this happen...no, Ace nii-san, you mustn't die! You mustn't! Not in your first year of high school!" wept Anna, tears streaming down her cheeks like a waterfall.

"Please, doctors. Please save Ace!" Riddle cried with his hands crossed.

Rook and Helena looked with worry.

"Monsieur Heart..." Rook mumbled.

Helena had a terrible feeling. She was certain that it was one of her group members' doing, because there's no way Ace would suddenly suffer from a septic shock.

Anna started to lose her composure as she watched the nerve-wracking process. She wept even more and started banging on the window.

"PLEASE, DOCTORS! SAVE MY BROTHER! DON'T LET HIM DIE! PLEASE! PLEASE, I BEG YOU! PLEASE..." she then fainted and collapsed to the ground.

"Trappola-san!" exclaimed Crowley, catching her before her head hit the ground. Everyone else were startled.

A nurse than rushed into the room with a syringe filled with a green liquid.

"Sir! I got the antidote!" she said.

"Hurry and inject it! We can't afford any more delay!" said one of the doctors.

The nurse then quickly injected the syringe into Ace's upper arm. Within a minute his heart returned to normal. Everyone sighed in relief.

"Phew...that was close..." Rook said as he wiped the sweat off his face.

"I thought...I thought I was...gonna have a heart attack!" Riddle panted.

"Now that Trappola-san is fine, we should hurry up and go back to school. And most importantly, put her to rest and when she wakes up, reassure that her brother is all right," Crowley said as he looked at the unconscious Anna.

Helena's heart sank. She had never felt so scared and nervous before. In the past, she showed no remorse or sympathy towards her victims or any crimes she committed as a member of Twisted Soldiers. But this? She put the life of the brother of a sweet, innocent girl at risk, and if he dies, his family could break apart, and as a family-oriented person, this is the last thing she wanted to happen.

She realised she must make things right. She must not let her group succeed with their mission and destroy the school. She must redeem herself and end her life of crime and terror!

Helena knew that if she reveals everything, she would break Rook's heart and possibly never see him again. Everything she did was enough to earn herself a life sentence, or even a death sentence. But still, she decided to tell the truth anyway. She couldn't be so selfish anymore.

Two days later, Crowley held a meeting with the dorm leaders as well as the vice dorm leaders, including Yuu and Grim.

"Everyone. After discussion with the staff members, I'm afraid I have terrible news to announce."
