On Oct. 16, Marla celebrates her friend D.D. Lewis and her granddaughter Jocelyn's birthday, 75 and 12. The next day, they were watching Texas A&M and Mississippi State game as Marla told D.D. about Mike Leach, the coach for Mississippi State, who looks just like Vince Gill.
After they lost the game, Marla and D.D. were watching the gender reveal of her grandson Lincoln and his wife Ashley. At the Whitefish home, the cannon was exploded and was announced it's a boy. Pat Donovan, D.D.'s teammate from 1975-81, also had a cameo. He did not attend for the first gender reveal last year, but this is the first time Pat attended this year with Lincoln. Lincoln and Ashley had named the boy Everson Griffen Reeves after Walls and Griffen. Lincoln said, "The two Eversons were on the Cowboy side, but I decided to name the boy after them." Marla told Jocelyn to be an aunt again and Marla is also going to be a great-grandma again, but when her son Faron arrived, she told him he's a grandpa again and take Jocelyn home for having a surprise.
