Chapter 26: Helpful Information 

We sat around talking, I was starting to wonder what was going on up stairs. So after awhile I got up and snuck up there to see what they were doing. When I got up to the study Edward and Jacob were coming out. Jacob looked at me and said "Bella, I am so sorry for how I reacted" I smiled and said "It's alright Jacob, but don't ever do it again" He laughed then went downstairs. I looked at Edward and said "What happened?" Edward led me into the study to where Carlisle was.

"Bella" Carlisle said "I explained what I could to Jacob" I looked at Carlisle and replied "Did he understand?" "We like to think so" Carlisle said with a smile. "So what all did you tell him?" I asked "Well" Carlisle said "I explained that even if the baby was part vampire that Renesmee was half immortal as well, so that it wouldn't affect her" I smiled at Carlisle. Edward put his arm around me and said "So not matter what she has, she will be fine". After this news we all headed downstairs. Jacob and Renesmee were sitting on the couch together. You could still see a light sadness to Renesemees face. I walked over and whispered in her ear. "Renesmee, tell Jacob how you are feeling, or show him. You need to make him understand, Carlisle explained that you will be fine" Renesmee looked up and smiled at me. Then she said "Jacob, can we go home?" Jacob smiled and replied "Of course" Then they left.

Alice, Mom, Esme and I all sat around talking. Alice was looking to see what Renesemees baby's future will be. She had a hard time seeing, but she was trying to look around through us to see if anything is going to happen. As far as she could see Renesmee is going to be fine.

Carlisle agreed to do an ultrasound as soon as Renesmee was 8 weeks pregnant, just to make sure things were alright. As we sat around Alice was still trying to look into the future. I looked at Esme and said "So where is Jasper?" Esme smiled and said "He is upstairs, he said he was going to do some research" "Oh" I said alittle confused as to what he would be researching.

Well Edward and I went hunting and watched the sunrise. When we got back to the cottage Jasper and Alice were sitting there. "What's up?" Edward asked as we sat down. "I did some research" Jasper said "And there is a good chance that Renesemees baby will be part wolf, since Jacob is" Edward and I looked at each other. "We kind of figured that" I said "Well" Jasper said "It is also possible that it may be part vampire as well" I looked at him confused "Can it be both?" I asked. "According to the research, Yes" Jasper said.

So Renesemees baby could be human, wolf and vampire? That would be strange. I wonder how her pregnancy will be. I was alittle worried, cause no one really knew what to expect with this baby. It will be interesting to see how it grows. Will it age fast or normal? We all had a ton of questions.

The next couple weeks we kept a close eye on Renesmee to see if she progressed more then normal. She was still alittle hurt from Jacobs reaction, he was trying to make it up to her. She understood way he reacted that way but she feels like he blames her for me being what I am. And he know as well as I do that it was never her fault for what happened. He spent a few days trying to convince her he didn't blame her. I think she finally got it, she seemed happier now.

Today Carlisle was going to do an ultrasound to see if he can see the baby. We were all up there with her, Jacob held one hand and I held the other, and the rest stood around us. even Sarah was there and Esme had Masen there. We haven't told Mom or Charlie yet. We wanna see what it is first, just in case it is what I went through.

Carlisle started the ultrasound, you could actually see it alittle big. "Hmm" Carlisle said. "What?" Renesemee asked concerned. "Well" Carlisle said "I can see part of the baby, I see the head and stuff but it is alittle fuzzy" I looked at him confused "What does that mean?" I asked "probley means it has alittle vampire in it" "Oh" I said looking at Renesmee. "Will she be alright?" Rosalie asked "Yes" Carlisle said. "Since I can see most of the baby it means it doesn't have enough to affect anything. Cause if you remember I couldn't even see Renesmee and she was only half vampire" We all signed in relief. The we heard Carlisle say "OH" I looked at Carlisle and said "OH What?" I was very concerned. Carlisle looked at me then at Renesmee and Jacob. "There is two" he said. We all looked confused, all but Edward. "Two?" Jacob said "So she is having twins?" "Yes" Carlisle said with a smile. Renesemees face lit up, she was so excited.

"So are they growing normal?" Esme asked. "Well, they are alittle bigger then they should be" Carlisle said. "Does that mean they will grow like I did?" Renesmee asked alittle sad. "Not necessarily" Carlisle said "They may grow more like Jacob did" "Oh you mean like just getting alot of growth spurts?" I asked "Yes" Carlisle said. "So when do you think they are do?" Renesmee asked. "I would say you will have them alittle sooner then most people to, probley around 7 months" Carlisle replied "Mainly because they will get big in size fast". We all looked at Renesmee and Jacob. We were so happy that they are having twins. "I wonder what they will be" Renesmee asked "A boy and a girl maybe" I smiled and said, "Yes, that would be great. But no matter if they are two boys or two girls they will be amazing" Renesemee smiled and then got up off the table.

"We will monitor you closely" Carlisle said "Alright" Renesmee replied. As everyone went to head downstairs I said "Renesmee, can you wait a second?" she turned to look at me and said "Sure, mom" Jacob gave her a kiss them him and the rest went downstairs. "What's up mom?" Renesemee asked looking at me confused. "Are you alright honey?" I asked "Yes" she replied "Why?" I walked over and gave her a hug. "I just want to make sure everything is alright" I said "I don't ever want you to think that what happened to me is your fault in anyway" Renesmee looked up at me and said " "I know mom, I know Jacob only said what he did because he was worried. And I understand, I was alittle concerned when I found out I was pregnant" I smiled at her and said "I love you very much honey, and you will make a wonderful mother" Renesemee smiled at me and replied "If I am half the mother you are I will be great" I gave her another hug then we headed downstairs.

Carlisle told us that it would be alright to tell mom and Charlie now, so we invited them over for dinner tonight , we even invited Billy so he would know. We were going to break the news to them slowly. So after alittle bit there was a knock at the door, Renesmee opened the door and it was Mom and Phil, they came in and sat down, a few minutes later there was another knock. Jacob answered it this time and it was Billy, Charlie and Sue, they came in and sat down too. We sat around just talking about small things like the weather and sports. About 45 minutes later Esme announced that dinner was ready, So Billy, Renesmee, Jacob, Charlie, Sue, Sarah, Mom and Phil all went to eat dinner. The rest of us just kind of lingered around them.

It was pretty quiet through dinner, Sarah, Renesmee and Jacob didn't say anything yet about the babies. Esme was feeding Masen and Mom and Sue were talking about how big he has gotten. After dinner was over Mom and Sue were playing with Masen and Bill, Charlie and Phil were sitting with them. Then all seemed to enjoy talking to Masen and playing with him. After a few minutes I said "Mom, Dad" "Yes, Honey" mom said "We need to talk to you about something" The looked at us confused. "What is it Bells?" Charlie asked. We all kind of looked at each other then Edward said "Well we know you have just became grandparents and it was a big surprise" The looked at us and before we could say anything my mom said "Bella are you pregnant again?" "No" I replied rather quickly "Then what are you talking about?" Charlie asked. Looked at Edward then at Renesmee. "I'm pregnant" Renesmee said. The all looked at her in shock. "Really?" Mom asked "Yes" Renesmee replied. Mom hugged Renesmee and started crying. "That is so great" she said. Billy, Sue and Phil just smiled. Billy gave Jacob a hug and said "Congratulations Son" but Charlie looked alittle confused, so Carlisle explained it to him.

Renesmee told them that she had an ultrasound today. "Really?" Sue asked "Yes" Renesmee replied "And?" mom asked all anxious. "It is twins" Renesmee said with a big smile. Mom's face lit up so did Sues, they were both excited about it. Even Billy and Charlie were excited about this news. "Twins? Really?" Billy asked "Yeah dad" Jacob said "That is great" Billy said as he gave Renesmee a hug. We all sat around talking about it, everyone was so happy.
