✧༺Aurora༻✧

As the man carried me to the unknown location I couldn't help but think why he wanted me for. I was just a girl who ran away from scary men, nothing special. Soon I was snapped out of my thoughts when we entered a white room. The Alpha sat me on a bed and crouched down in front of me.

"The doctor will be here in a minute to check you out, is that okay?" I nod not wanting to defy him.

"Good." He smiles.

A few moments later a lady wearing a long white coat and holding a clipboard entered the room.

"Greetings Alpha." She grinned.

"Hello Doctor Vivian." He gave her a curt nod.

"And who do we have here?" Her eyes look over to me.

"This is my mate."

Vivian's face lights up.

"It's a honor to be in your presence Luna." She bowed.

Um...If I do remember correctly my name was Aurora so I don't know what she just called me.

"What seems to be the problem?"

"My men found her wandering around territory line and she has sustained some injuries so I was hoping you can check her out?"

"Of course, do you mind if I check your heart rate Luna?"

I didn't know what she was talking about so I turned my head to the Alpha who had a worried look on his face.

"Don't worry, she just wants to make sure your heart is beating normally."

I sigh and reluctantly nod.

Vivian put some sort of circle thing on my chest and plugged something in her ears. She hummed quietly and pulled the thing off of my chest.

"It appears to be that her heart is racing a little too fast so maybe she's a little nervous." She tells the Alpha.

"There's not need to be nervous baby." He turns to me.

I keep quiet and look at the floor.

"It's normal to feel this way during traumatic events and I could see that the indignities all over your body could be the reason." I give the doctor a blank expression.

I'm sorry...My what?

Alpha let's out a small chuckle once he seems my confused face.

"So what should I do?" He then asked.

"Well the bruises will fade and cuts will heal so I'll just prescribe her some pills to get rid of any slight pain then she should be good to go. But I'm going to wrap them up so they won't get infected." Vivian picks up some sort of white tape and start to wrap them around my arm.

"That should do it. All better." I smile.

"Thanks so much Vivian."

"But Alpha...There is something else that I am not seeing here."

"What is it?"

"It appears that the Luna's wolf has gone dormant." Immediately I look away.

"How is that possible?"

"I believe after what the Luna has been through her wolf is in hiding as some sort of a protection mechanism."

"Will she return?"

"Yes, once she feel safe again." I let out a sigh of relief.

"Thanks so much for your help Vivian." Alpha stands up.

"My pleasure Alpha." She turns to me and smiles before leaving the room.

"Ready to go home?"

I nod and jump off the bed quickly.

"Woah, take it easy. I'll carry you just like last time, alright?" Before I could respond I was lifted up once again by a pair of strong arms and carried out the door.

"Here we are! Home sweet home." My eyes widen at the huge room we were in.

"Take a seat wherever you'd like." He tells me.

I sit on the couch that was next to a really big table that had food on it.

"I didn't know if you would be hungry or not but I had some of the cooks make a meal for you. I hope you like it." He takes a seat across from me.

I didn't answer him as my hands reached for the snacks on the table. Hurriedly I stuffed all kinds of stuff in my mouth, not caring what it was.

It was sooo good.

"Damn, you sure love cookies." Alpha laughs making me blush.

Cookies? Is that what you call them?

I continue to eat not caring if he was watching me or not.

"You don't talk much do you?" I stop chewing and look at him.

I didn't know what to say. I haven't spoke in fifteen years. My Alpha never liked when I talked or did anything at all so ever since then I've just been mute. And I'm pretty sure if I did talk it'll all just be a bunch of gibberish.

I shake my head making him frown.

"Can you not speak?"

I nod.

"That's okay, I won't force you and I don't mind even though your voice might sound really beautiful." I grin.

"So is there anything you want to know about me?"

Suddenly an idea pops in my head. I raise my hand and start to write scribbles in the air. Alpha immediately caught on to what I was saying and left the room only to return with a notepad and pen.

"Here you go." I take it and start to write.

When I'm done I show it to him.

'What's your name?'

He grins.

"My name is Jaxon but you can call me Jax if you want." I nod.

"And what is yours?"

I start to write again.

'Aurora.'

He reads it's and smirks.

"Aurora." He repeats.

"That's a beautiful name."

I feel my cheeks turn red.

"You're cute when you blush."

I give him a small pout.

Jaxon let's out a loud laugh making me cross my arms.

"I'm sorry but you're so adorable."

I roll my eyes and turn away from him, frowning.

My wolf has been gone for months. Who knows if I still am one anymore, those men did horrible things to me. Now I'm weak and pathetic all over again.

"Hey." I look over to Jaxon.

"I know what you're thinking and believe me when I say I am going to do everything in my power to get your wolf back, okay?" A tear falls down my cheeks making him coo quietly at me.

"Come here." Jaxon pulls me into his chest and I instantly relax.

"You have me now, my Aurora."

I smile.

And I have you now, my Jaxon.

Just a cute filler chapter! But trust me it's going to get even cuter.
