A young beautiful girl quickly packed her things as quietly as she could. It was around 12 AM and she wanted to get out of that place as soon as possible to find her mother.
That girl was Elizabeth Winters, but friends and family call her Elsa. She's the daughter of the famous Agnarr and Iduna Winters. But around two years ago her parents got divorced. Elsa was shocked by the news but was even more shocked when she found out her mother left without a trace.
She tried to convince her father to let her see her mother but he refused. He said that it would be better if Elsa stayed with him rather than with an "Embarrassment."
Elsa was of course furious and tried many times to run away but everytime she got caught, mostly because she didn't know where to find her mother, she was just kind of roaming in the city. But around one week before she left, she overheard people saying that her mother was in another town. Also just yesterday, she found a note hidden in her room. She was confused at first when she found it because she has never seen it before but then she realized what it was when she read it.
"I won't be in plain sight, but burgess should be a start"
After reading that, Elsa made up her mind and decided that she would give it a shot and try looking for her mother there. She knew that this could be a total fail and her mother might not be there but she still wanted to try plus it would be better than staying locked up in a house with an abusive father.
With one last look around her room, she left. She snuck out through her balcony and made a rope like thing with fabric. That day was also the day when most maids and butlers were on holiday.
She somehow made her way to burgess with no major problem, surprisingly. Once she arrived, she decided to take a small break in a little coffee shop.
"Anyone sitting here?" Someone said, making her look up.She looked up and saw a guy with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a hoodie with jeans.
"Uh, no" She smiled.
The guy then took a seat right across from her. She was quite intrigued by the boy. She thought he looked quite dashing.
"So, what's your name?" He asked.
"Elsa" She responded.
"I'm Jack, nice to meet you Elsa" He smiled.
"Nice to meet you too" She smiled back.
"You look quite familiar" He wondered out loud.
"Really? Well this is my first time being here" She nervously laughed.
"First time? Why did you decide to come here?" He seemed curious.
"I'm looking for someone," She sighed.
"Oh, well maybe i can help you" He smirked.
"Really?" She raised her eyebrow.
"I know a lot of people here, so maybe there's a chance that the person who you're looking for is someone who i know?" He said and she thought about it.
It would be easier if she had someone who knows the town better than her to help her find her mother (That was a lot of her). After contemplating whether or not she would want a stranger to tag along she finally decided to let him help.
"Fine" She finally said after a couple seconds of silence.
"Who exactly are you looking for?" He asked.
"My mother," She said quietly.
"Ok" He kind of thought it weird for some reason but decided that maybe he's just overthinking it which he is.
