Jason's POV
I'm in painnnnnnnnnn, I squinted my eyes against the harsh lights and tried my best not to vomit. I tried to remember what had happened and yesterday's events flashed through my brain. Who had saved me?? I tried to sit up and I let out a painful grunt as I moved...I'd been hit pretty hard. I took a quick glance around the room and noticed a floppy black mop of hair, that hair could only belong to one person. "Percy?"

2 days had now passed and I was finally out of that damn hospital bed. Luke had sent me flying into the lockers and I'd also received some pretty bad blows to my ribs. Funny how some people can go from telling you how hot you are to beating the cr*p out of you the next. I hoped Luke got what he deserved. Wait no- screw that, I'm making sure he gets what he deserves. I glanced over to where Percy was seated in the drivers seat. The last 2 days Percy hadn't left me once. He'd put his entire life on hold just to stay with me because my stupid parents didn't even seem to care. I couldn't quite rap my mind around it. The fact that I could be that important to someone. It was almost insane, to good to be true...especially from someone like Percy. We hadn't talked much on the ride but as we neared my house I started to worry. How could I even say thank you for all he'd done for me in the past few days? There was no possible way I could. We pulled into the driveway and we both got out of the car. "I'll help you bring your bags to the door." He gave me a warm smile and opened the trunk. We made our way up the stone steps and stopped at the door mat. My mind was racing. What to say? I started it off simple. "Percy, I just wanted to say to thank you. I don't know how I could ever re-pay you for all you've done for me these past few days. I'm sorry that I wasted your time as well, my parents are douchebags..." my sentance started to trail off but Percy grabbed my hand. "Hey no, I wouldn't have wanted to spend those days any other way." His green eyes stared into my blue eyes and for a moment I felt something...it was only a second but it couldn't be mistaken, his eyes were filled with love, and i'm sure mine were too. His next words came as a whisper and I don't think I was meant to hear them but I could've sworn he said "you mean more to me than anyone has in a while...and i'm not quite sure why yet." Without a second thought I leaned in and kissed him on the cheek, I then grabbed my bag opened the door and slammed it behind me. The last thing I saw was Percy's red face covered in the hugest smile ever.
