I Love You

MINA'S POV :

I sorted out one problem. Now I have to two. I pinged jb to meet me on rooftop after lunch.

By the time I reached their I saw him waiting for me. When he saw me he smiled and said.

Jb: you are here?
Mina : yes
Jb: how are you?
Mina: good
Jb: I am sorry
Mina: why?
Jb: I heard what happened from bambam. I should have been there to help you but I didn't.
Mina: it is not your fault and no one never expected it to happen
He nodded as an agreement
Jb: I guess you are rejecting me
I was silent.
Jb: Don't be sad. I kind of guessed it when I proposed you in the first place.
Mina: I am sorry.
Jb: don't be. You did nothing wrong.At least let us be friends in future.

I smiled and nodded. We talked for few more minutes and then left for classes.

Now after so many days I went to library all alone. Tae used to come with me for last few days. I didn't saw him for entire day. He didn't replied to texts to. Where is he?

As I was thinking I saw sheun at the end of the table. When he saw me he left his place and dragged me outside library to talk.

Sheun : are you okay. Did he do something to you?

Mina: I am fine. Don't worry.

Sheun: How couldn't I? I tried to call you and text you but there is no reply

Mina: I am just busy in clearing my mind.

Sheun: I should have killed him when I get the chance

I laughed at his last statement. That is when he changed his expression.

We both sat on a table in park.

Mina: S-sheun I.. Thank you and sorry

Sheun: for what?

Mina : for being friends with me and taking care of me and loving me.

Sheun : and what is that sorry for?

Mina: sorry.... I can't accept your feeling.

It is dead silent. Sheun is very similar to me. He doesn't talk much and is silent majority of the times. But this time it is different. It doesn't feel comfortable. What should I do?

I don't want to loose my best friend. Unknowingly I started crying.

He hugged me suddenly and started whispering.

Sheun : hey.. Hey... Don't cry. It is okay. I am fine. We are fine. We can be good friends. I will never leave my best friend like that. Give me some time to figure out my mind I promise I will come back soon as your best friend.

I nodded and hugged him tightly. I kept on saying sorry.

Sheun : don't be. It is not your fault.

We stayed like that for few minutes and then he dropped me at my dorm.

Now everything is sorted out. All that is left is to meet him. I called him one last time, he picked up.

Mina : I want to meet you right now at the park where we first met. Come in 10 mins.

Without waiting for his answer I ended the call and took his jacket.
Within few minutes I was in the park and saw a familiar figure waiting for me.

Mina : when did you came?
Tae: I was here for a while. I am just thinking something.

I nodded and sat beside him.

Mina: here. Your jacket. Thanks for lending.
Tae: you called me just to give this to me?

I smiled without answering.

Mina: Thank you for saving me that night at resturant. Thank you for saving me by approaching me saying that you would help my love life. Thank you for bugging me for the past few days. Thank you for saving me once again form that scum bag. Thank you for saying that you love me. Thank you for being patient with me. Thank you for helping me figure out my mind and heart.

Tae: what does it mean?

Mina: I am no longer the white paper you met. I already wrote your name.

With that I met his face.

Mina : I love you Taehyung. I hope you would love me too.

He hugged me all of a sudden saying

Tae: are you carzy. I love you so much.

I laughed
Tae: trust me. You will never regret this decision. I will be the world's greatest lover. I will show you the things that you never saw and make you feel the things that you never felt.

Mina: I want us stay like this for rest of our lives.

He is silent. There is no answer. Didn't he hear me?

He slowly left my embrace.

Tae: I-I love you so much but I can't love you for rest of my life.

What is he taking about. Is it a game.

Mina: what are you saying tae. Is it a prank. Are you kidding me. You don't love me?

Tae: No!!! I do love you. But I don't want to love for a long time.

Mina : are you sick? Do you have any health issues.

Tae: No!! I am fine. I can live for next 100 years without worries.

Mina: Then do you have problems with your family. Are they against you to date someone like me.

Tae: No!! They don't mind what ever I do.
Mina: Then what is it. I don't understand what you are saying.

Tae: *shiged* I don't think love stay for a long time. It would be sweet in the beginning but as time goes on it becomes a burden. I don't want us to be that kind of couple. Let us love each other like there is no tomorrow and when our feelings started to fade. We will breakup. Okay?

Not okay. I don't want such love. I left his embrace and ran to my dorm.
I kept on crying thinking what he said. Who in thier right mind would accept breakup proposal along with love proposal.

Ohhh mina!! What have you gotten yourself into.
