Are You Gonna Stay the Night?

Leo sort of paused to the question. "Stay the night here?" He asked. I nodded, "yes, not like anyone's gonna care." I said. Leo sort of thought about it for a second then finally agreed and walked into the house with me. We were greeted by the house being really quiet, and actually, it looked empty. Except all of the lights were on, including my bedroom light. I checked me phone to see if Justin had messaged me, there was nothing. I was getting worried, Justin is usually always on the couch, and its never quiet. Justin doesnt even usually sleep in his room, hes always in the living room. I told Leo to check the downstairs while I went upstairs. I searched all of the rooms and bathrooms, there was nothing. I ran back downstairs to Leo panicked. "Where could he be?!" I asked in a panicked tone. Leo shook his head, "I dont know Maya." I grabbed my phone and decided to try to call him. I had a bad feeling and if he didn't answer his phone, I knew there was something wrong. It rang about 4 times and finally someone answered. "Hello?" Justin said thru the phone. I sighed in relief, then I got a little upset. "Justin? Where the hell are you?" I said sounding annoyed. "Oh, I'm sorry. I forgot to tell you, I went out with John to a restaurant, I'm probably staying there tonight." He said. I sighed, "okay, justin it's fine. But please remember to tell me next time okay?" I said trying to calm down. "Yeah, yeah I'm sorry." He said. "Its fine, bye." I said and hung up. I turned to Leo who was sitting on the couch now. "Everything alright?" He asked. I nodded, "yeah, he just went out with his friend." I said while putting my phone in my pocket. "Oh, well when is he supposed to get back?" He asked. "He said he'll probably be staying there tonight." I shrugged. Leo nodded in response. "Well, looks like we have a lot of time. It's only 7. You wanna go get some food?" He asked. I shrugged, "sure. Like where?" I asked. "I dont know, maybe we could go get some ice cream or something." He said. I nodded and we headed to his car. He stopped me, "how about we walk? Itll give us some time in the fresh air, and it's not that far?" He asked. I smiled, "sure, why not?" We walked to the dairy place a couple blocks away. It is a really cute place, lots of pictures of old tv shows on the walls, just little stuff like that. We got our ice cream and went back outside while talking about things and laughing, yeah I know cliche, but I liked it. I looked ahead while taking a bite of my ice cream when I felt Leo's hand slowly grab onto mine. I sorta smirked to myself and held his as well. We continued walking when Leo stopped me and pointed to a store next to us. "Can we stop here real quick?" He asked. I shrugged, "yeah, sure. Why what do you need?" I asked. He shrugged, "I don't know, just figured we'd look around." He replied. I nodded, "okay, why not." We walked in and Leo told me to look around at whatever I want while he went to find something. I walked over to some of the sweaters and blankets and grabbed a coffee as well. I noticed the store seemed kind of empty. I started to look for Leo but got sidetracked by a painting. It was a really pretty landscape painting and had a lot of colors. "Pretty isn't it?" Leo said behind me. I noticed him fixing his jacket. I nodded, "yeah. Its beautiful." I said. "That all you're getting?" He asked pointing to my stuff. I nodded. "Okay, I've got it." He said while taking the stuff. I tried to fight with him about paying but he wouldnt let me. We got the stuff and headed back to the house. When we got inside I set the stuff down on the couch and turned to see Leo with a bottle of wine. I tilted my head and smiled, "where did that come from?" I asked. Leo smirked, "well I have my ways." He said. I widened my eyes, "wait, did you steal this?" I asked kind of in shock. "Yeah, but what's the big deal, it's just wine right?" Leo shrugged. I was kind of shocked that he did that, but I let it go. I mean yeah it is just wine. He poured some in two glasses and handed me mine. "Here you go miss." He teased while smiling. I smiled while slightly laughing, "thank you sir." We sat down watching some TV while sipping on the wine. Leo turned to me, "we should probably go lay down." He said. I nodded, "yeah, you're right." We both stumbled our way upstairs to my room, and that's the last thing I remember.
