Me and Gracie have been best friends since kindergarten, and we rarely ever fight. Shes basically my sister that I never had. We made our way through the halls and to our lockers, which her locker is only one way from mine. I grabbed my history text book and my math book and before I could turn around gracie grabbed me and whispered in my ear. "Oh my god, I think Leo is staring at you." I slightly laughed, "who?" I asked while turning around. Her eyes widened as if she was in disbelief. "You dont know who Leo is? Hes like the hottest boy in this school. Every girl is after him and his friends." I rolled my eyes, "Gracie, i dont pay attention to the "hotties in this school" they're all jerks and stuck up." I replied while grabbing her arm and dragging her to class. "Okay but what if Leo does like you?" She asked while walking with me. I sighed, "I dont know, that's not my problem. And why would the "hottie" of the school like me anyways? Theres plenty of hotter girls here." I replied while glancing over at Ashley and her friends as an example. Gracie rolled her eyes and grabbed my arm, "Ashley and her friends are prissy little bitches who act dumb to please boys. You're actually pretty and dont pretended to be soemthing you're not just to please someone." I smiled at her reply, "thanks Gracie, but I still dont know why someone like Leo would wanna be with me." I replied while setting my stuff down on my desk. The teacher came in and Gracie sat down at her seat. I glanced around the room and noticed a familiar face sitting at the opposite row of me. It was the blonde boy who was supposively "staring" at me in the halls. He seemed bored and tired. Although he wasnt paying attention to the teacher, he was drawing in his notebook not even looking up. It's funny, I never even noticed him in my class before, that's one hell of a coincidence that hes in here today. I finally took my focus off of him and back to Mr Nell's. That was the longest 45 minutes I had ever been through, I couldnt stop looking over at Leo, but I dont know why. I would always catch myself looking at him and I would have to snap myself out of it. It was finally lunch and I met Gracie out at our lockers, and told her all about math class. She laughed, "I know I saw you looking at him a lot." She teased. I rolled my eyes, "I was trying to stop but it's like I was in a trance." We both looked at each other and bursted into laughter. Today was really wierd. Gracie went to lunch to save us our lunch table while I put all of my books away. I finally put everything in my locker and went to turn around but suddenly ran into a person who was apparently very quiet. I blindly jumped and started apologizing before I looked up and lost all words. It was, yep you guessed it, Leo. I just froze and looked at him. He sorta smirked, "are you okay?" I couldnt think of anything to say so i just mumbled "yeah" and walked away to the lunch room. That was really awkward.
