"Whats about me" Luke asks, walking in with a pack of new guitar strings.

Julie and alex exchange quick glances before speaking up. "Nothing" they say as calmly as they can and luke nods suspiciously.

"Alright then" he hums before acting like hes focusing on his guitar but really a lot of thoughts were crossing his head.

"are they lying?"

"Did i do something wrong?"

"Is there something wrong?"

A frown stretched over his lips as he saw julie leave the studio with a couple of papers in her hands.

"Where they writing together? " he thinks. He looks up at alex, who looks like he can barely keep his shit together.

Alex bit the bottom of his lip, he was so happy. Of course he was happy, His bestfriends crush liked him back. If only the dumb shits would just admit it, he thinks.

"Did willie kiss you or something?" Luke asks walking over snapping alex out of his thoughts.

"No, why do you ask" he says, a small blush creeping over his face.

"You look like your about to explode with the size your smile" he says, putting a guitar pic into his mouth so he can use both of his hands to tighten some of the strings to his liking.

Alex nods, "okay buddy" he says patting his back before poofing away.

"OkAy BuDdY" luke mocks as he continues to tighten the strings.

Julie walks into her room to put the song into her dream box, forgetting how nosy luke is. As she opens the box she sees a picture of her mom. It was an older picture but julie loved it more then anything. She smiled as she picks it up, not hearing someone walk in.

"Is that another picture of your mom?" luke asks close behind, scaring julie.

"Luke!" She says jumping away from him and letting out a loud groan. "What did i say about coming into my bedroom? Boundaries, and yes it is" she says answering his question before.

"You are the exact replica of her" he says walking up, an inch away from her, and julie nods.

"Thats what everyone says" she smiles a sad smile.

He nods and lets out a small hum before grabing the music sheets in her other hand, catching  julie off gaurd. "Is this a song?" He questions as julies face turns bright red.

"Luke ima need that back" she says trying to grab it back.

"Lemme just read it" he says pushing her away.

"Luke its personal" she whines and luke continues to read whats written, smiling the farther he goes down.

"So was emily, but you skipped along down town showing my parents" he retorts, walking away from julie.

"Luke, tu pinche madre, me vas a dar eso ahora" she curses in Spanish in a harsh tone scaring luke a bit, and he didnt even know what she said.

"Okay okay just dont kill me... again" he says throwing the papers at her. She lets out a another annoyed groan as she slouches down to pick the music sheets up.

He silently watches as she cleans up the mess he has caused, he wanted to help but didnt want to get yelled at in a language he didnt understand again. There is just something so scary about getting yelled at in a foreign language amiright?

"Okay, luke what are you doing?" She questions standing up fixing the papers before placing them on her desk.

"Oh um" he stutters, scratching the back of his neck lightly. "Just wanted to check on you" he says, which wasnt a complete lie. She had given him the most attention, and every now and then he would get the least, he wanted to at least know why.

"Mhm okay, so are-

"Julie?" He says cutting the girl off.

"What?"

"Why dont you want me to see the lyrics?" He asked and a small blush crept over her face.

"Cause i didnt really like it, not my best work" she states before looking away from his eyes.

"Jules" he says much softer, trying to reconnect there eye contact. His full brownish/grayish eyes meets her big brown eyes once again. He walks over till there inches apart. "Please dont lie to me" he says so soft it comes out as a whisper. He reachers for her hand but it goes right through.

"Okay" she says, her face starting to turn red "its about you"
