" Congratulations!" The sound of voices weaved into the air, warmly engulfing Elara, as she stood there, glued to the ground, in a daze. When she absorbed what was happening when she saw what everybody had gathered for, her hand went to her mouth as she sobbed. It took a lot to even make her show even a bit of her emotions. Her eyes glistened brightly as she looked at the large banner decorated like a princess.

"  Stocks & Skills has officially launched!" The banner read. It was the same app, Elara had put the effort of every bone in her body. No sleep for days!

" I don't know what to say, did you, Sebastian... di-" She was cut off and answered even before she could by an answer.

" No Elara, it wasn't me. I did not invest in your app, but they did." He smiled and pointed towards a couple standing close to the flower decoration. She had her contact lenses on, but she couldn't believe her eyes!

Cathedral and Jason Blake...

The Blakes!

" Oh my god! I can't believe this!" She said and ran towards them. They both noticed and smiled brightly at her," Mrs. Blake and Mr. Blake, It's such an honor! I can't believe it. Oh gosh! You probably think I'm a demented person." She hurriedly went off and palmed her forehead.

" Please call us, Jason and Cathedral. We were amazed by your skills! In fact, we would like to offer you an internship, a little something till you graduate." Jason Blake said in a vibrant tone.

" That's great! I would very very much accept that!" She laughed in excitement, only stopped when she felt a tug at her gown. She looked down to see a little boy with deep foreset eyes and honey brown hair tugging at her dress. He looked charming and ridiculously cute in the little three-piece suit he wore.

" Who's this handsome young man?" She knelt and asked drinking in his features, he had his father's eyes and looked like him except for the hairs. He pulled out his hand as if making a business deal and said in his soft voice-" Nathaniel Xavier Blake, nice to meet you, pretty lady."

He then tugged at Cathedral's dress and she bent to his level when he said," Mom, can I marry her? She's so beautiful!" He exclaimed and everyone laughed at that comment and Jason smirked at his son.

" Woah! Is little cousin already stealing my girl? Hey uncle Jay, aunt Cathy!" Archer hugged both Cathedral and Jason and ruffled Nathaniel's hair and hugged him. Elara looked at him with great confusion and was still fazed by the glory of the surprise.

" Oh, Uncle Jay is my mother's cousin and unfortunately, she married him." He said pointing to the Blakes. Cathedral laughed while Jason smacked him on his head. Elara was pulled by her brother to meet a wide range of investors, business partners, and old hook-ups.

" So yes, digital business has more pros than cons, if you have three-layer security, you're good. There's this new thing I have been studying for the last three months, it is next to, like impossible. It's a part of quantum-computing, uses photons entanglement. Oh my god, I'm boring you aren't I?" She chuckled and Xavier joined her," No, no, absolutely not. I wanted to learn computing as a child."

" Congratulations Nova." A voice rang from behind her when she was having a conversation with Mr. Knight, Cathedral's brother.

It sounded awfully familiar, just from the people who were her supposed family. She turned to them with a speed of a storm," Excuse me, Mr. Knight what do I owe this pleasure mother and father?" She said in her sugar-dripped yet hard voice. The look on their face fell and an amount of, what she thought was remorse was visible.

" There is no such apology which will make up for the time we could have with both of you but we choose ourselves and we would like to make up for it." Her father smiled at her seeking some kind of warmth she was unwilling to give. Her poker face had masked her happiness again, she nodded at them and vanished into the crowd finding her friends. All of them, Jim, Percy, Archer, Romalda and Jasper were standing at the bar, she jogged to them," Don't dare to get drunk. I will not be dragging your drunk asses all the way to home." She joked. Instead of any reaction, she got a glass handed to her.
