Chapter 11: Catching the bad guy

Emma POV

Today was the day. I'm making the "deal" with Pan. I just need him to sign the contract. Although I'm extremely scared I know Killian and my parents will be close to me. My life will soon be all better now. With Pan out of the picture, Killian and I can be together without having to worry about Pan.

I'm going to meet him in the gardens over by the woods. As night approached I put on my hood and both Killian and my dad were walking next to me. They kept repeating the plan over and over again just to make sure I didn't forget anything. They told me exactly where they were going to be so if anything happened I knew where to go.

Once it got closer to when I was going to meet Pan I walked alone to the bench and sat down. All I kept doing was thinking about Killian, which was until I could hear Pan. I couldn't see him anywhere but I could hear his voice.

"So you want to make a deal Emma?" Pan came out behind a tree with his usual smirk on his face.

"Nice ball by the way, you looked beautiful. But the chicken was overcooked." He came closer and I just wanted to kill him then and there but I couldn't.

"Yes I'm here to make a deal. I'll go back with you to Neverland IF you promise to never come back to this relm ever again. All you need to do is sign on the dotted line." He thought about it long and hard. I kept waving the pen in front of his face and after acouple minutes he took it. I took the contract out and rolled it out so the dotted line was visible. He leaned down and inspected the document before he stood back up and looked at me.

"This isn't a trick is it Emma ?"

"Why would I trick you? I don't want anyone else to go through the pain that my family went through. I will do anything to make sure of it" I gave a convincing argument and he fell for the bait. He signed it and as soon as the pen was lifted from the paper he was starting to become frozen.

"DAD KILLIAN!" That was their cue. They ran over with guards and they put Pan into a cage and carted him off. Killian was left with me and the first thing he did was hug me.

"I was so scared he was going to hurt you Emma" He sounded like he was about to cry. I hugged him tighter to reassure him that nothing was going to happen.

"We can all rest easy tonight. Pan won't be going anywhere for a long time." Charming came over along with Snow just to make sure I was alright. It was nice to finally not have to worry about anything and just be able to live my life.

"Well since Pan is out of the picture we can start planning your wedding" Seriously mom! We just got engaged like two days ago and she is already thinking about a wedding. She is crazy I swear.

"Honey I think you're getting ahead of yourself here. They just got engaged two days ago" THANK YOU DAD! Finally someone understands me. I was always more of a daddy's girl. I always wanted to play outside and practice sword fighting while my mom wanted me to take lessons on boring subjects.

"Can Killian and I just relax this week and next week we can worry about everything" I mean seriously we deserve to have a week off, with everything that has been happening.

"Fine sweetie whatever you what. Just come to me when you're ready to start planning" Finally a week to myself. That doesn't happen very often when you're a princess.

Charming and Snow walked away and Killian wanted to get something to eat so we went into town. I put my cloak far over my head, as did Killian. We just wanted to relax, not have to worry about people recognizing me. We tried to walk around to some of the restaurants but they were so crowded we just skipped them. We were at the far edge of town when Killian came up with the idea of sleeping on the ship.

I told a guard watching the town to tell my parents I'm sleeping there. They walked away and we continued to walk to the ship. His crew wasn't on board but we went straight to the captain's quarters.

"You know we are alone" I said biting my lip.

"Do you want to do this" I nodded my head and he pushed me against the wall and started kissing me. I tried to hold in my moan but it only came out louder. Killian picked me up and I wrapped my legs around him as we continued to kiss each other.

He walked us over to the bed and started to undoing my dress. I started taking off his clothes until there was a knock on the door. We both sighed. Killian picked up his white shirt and went over to the door while I covered myself.

"Why are you here" Killian asked. Oh god!
