Chapter 17: Ceremony

Emma POV

I woke up the next morning and I was sweating. Last night was bad but the fact today is my wedding made my night alittle better. My mom came in, in the morning and started doing my hair. She knew exactly how I wanted everything to go today.

"Has Killian come back yet?"

"Ah yes I believe he did. I'm pretty sure he got back later last night" That's good he didn't spend all night out.

Once she finished my hair, she started working on my makeup. I couldn't stop playing with my hands cause I was nervous. My mom noticed but she didn't say anything at first.

"Calm down Emma, if you love him you don't have to be nervous. You'll be fine"

I couldn't stop moving so I had to sit on my hands. My mom finished but she had to get herself ready so I just had to sit around in my room waiting for my mother to come back.

It took her forever, really just over an hour, and then we started getting the dress on me. My mom had it custom made in another realm because we wanted the most beautiful silks.

"Mom this is beautiful." I twirled around in it and looked in the mirror. It is everything I always wanted in a dress.

"You make the dress Emma. Killian won't be able to resist you tonight" I lightly hit my mom because this is not something I want to talk to my mom about.

I wanted to get married as soon as possible. I just want to get this thing started but I had to wait another hour until the ceremony starts. I was meeting my father in our corridor so he could give me away. My father is going to be so upset and crying the whole time. He is giving away the only child.

When my mother and I walked down into the corridor there my father was. When he saw me he started to cry, and he tried to hid it but we both knew he was.

"Emma you look most beautiful today" He came over and hugged me. It wasn't long until we heard the music play which was our cue to start walking down the aisle. Once the doors were opened everyone turned around and their jaws all dropped.

I really wasn't looking at everyone I was more looking at Killian. He too looked like he was about to cry. I couldn't stop smiling the more I walked down the aisle. When we got to Killian my dad kissed my cheek and then handed me over to Kilian.

The priest started the ceremony and every sat down. Only three of us remained standing. He started out by reading the bible and when it came time to read our vows Killian went first.

"Emma ever since I saved you I knew you were special. At first I wasn't sure why but I just knew. After Pan stabbed you I knew I couldn't lose you. I knew if I lost you that I couldn't live. I can't live without you Emma . I love you with all my heart."

"Killian once you came to me on Neverland I knew that we would be together forever. I know you're risking everything to be with me. I know your love of the sea is your true love and I won't get in the way of that. I can't live without you Killian you're the love of my life."

The ceremony was short and sweet just how we wanted it. At the end everyone clapped and Killian and I went down the aisle hand in hand. We went into the room my mother had set aside for us and closed the door.

"That ceremony was amazing" Killian said wrapping his arms around my waist.

He started by kissing my lips and I ran my fingers through his hair. He moved down to my neck and started leaving love bites. Of course I was too immobilized to do anything.

"Killian we don't have much longer. We don't have time to have a lot of fun. But tonight I promise we will have fun." This gave him enough time to stop kissing me so I could kiss him.

We fixed each other up and kissed each other one last time before going to the reception. When we got to the reception we made sure we looked alright before turning the corner to make sure my parents wouldn't suspect anything. I mean it will happen eventually but I figure I wouldn't give them a hard attack so soon.
