Suga's POV:

The team chased after Yamaguchi. For not being the most athletic he was surprisingly really fast. When we rounded a corner, I saw Yamaguchi running up to a gym only to stop at the door. In the blink of an eye his smiling face turned to one of extreme grief and hurt. Then he started sprinting again. I saw him head back into the building where the restroom he was in earlier was. When we reached the gym that Yamaguchi stopped at, we peered inside to see Tsukishima on the floor with Kuroo beside him. I kept running as I saw where Yamaguchi ran towards, however, the rest of the team stayed to ask about his where-abouts.

I finally reached the restroom Yamaguchi was in earlier only to hear sniffles from the last stall. I ran to the door and knocked on it asking him to open the door. He told me to leave him alone and that he didn't want to see anyone. I was persistent and would not leave my baby in need like that. I knocked again and asked him to open the door so I could help him calm down. Slowly the lock turned and the door to the stall creaked open. Immediately I step into the stall and wrap him in a hug. I squeeze him and tell him he's gonna be okay, letting him cry on my shoulder. After a few minutes of him crying he starts to settle down. I keep him in the hug and ask if he wants to talk about what is going on.

"I lost him." is all that Yamaguchi said. Then the room went quiet besides his sniffling.

"What do you mean? Lost who?" I ask back to him though I already have some idea as to what happened.

"I lost him." He said, this time louder. "I lost Tsukki. He's gone. He left me and now I'm all alone." His tears starting to fall again.

"Yamaguchi it's okay. You didn't lose him. He- "I get cut off by Yamaguchi.

"Kuroo is his soulmate. He doesn't love me." He says while staring at me with longing in his eyes for me to tell him that he was wrong.

"Are you sure that they are soulmates? Because I was told that Kenma and Kuroo were soulmates." I stated matter-of-factly. Yamaguchi's eyes widen slightly and fill with hope at my statement. But soon his face turns somber again as he recalls what Tsukki just told Kuroo.

"Why did he tell him that he loved him and they were soulmates then?" Yamaguchi asked tears welling up in his eyes. "Why would he say that if it wasn't true?" He breathed out, almost like he was asking himself. I was unsure of how I should proceed as it was not my place to tell Tsukishima's true feelings.

"Ask Tsukishima this yourself. He is the person who can give you all the answers you are searching for." I say with a small smile pulling at my lips. With this statement Yamaguchi looks me in the eyes and nods. He then runs for the door. Just as he was running out the door he ran into the team as they were coming to look in the bathroom for him. He payed them no mind as he sprinted back to the gym where Tsukki and Kuroo were.
