Hannah's POV

I was sitting in the park drawing the sunrise and the tree line as I was avoiding the walk of shame that I knew was gonna happen with our waitress from Applebee's last night. I really hated my dad for always doing that. He would hit on anything with two legs and boobs. He even once hit on the pizza delivery lady who looked like roadkill. He has no shame. Problem is everyone, mostly the guys, thought I was as easy as my dad and they would always hit on me or bully me. Luckily my friends knew otherwise, but sadly they are all graduated now, and I only have a year of school left. I was about to cry when my phone started ringing. I saw the number and beamed a smile that was reflective.

Hannah: Hey, Matt how's Hollywood you haven't called in awhile.

Matt: Yeah, sorry about that. So, I'm driving up to New England as Our fathers' former coached passed away.

Hannah: Oh that's sad, but at least I get to see you.

Matthew: Yep! I am pretty awesome.

I just shook my head at how cocky he can be sometimes. He was always this fun and he would always help me with my problems. When he moved to Hollywood I would call him often just so I could hear his voice to cheer up,  but recently my calls have been going to voicemail often.

Hannah: So, have you been busy recently?

Matthew: Yeah, I got casted in this major summer blockbuster and I have been working long days. I wish I could tell you more about it, but I can't. Also, I called to give you a heads up. Max is coming up to, and I want you to avoid being to close to him.

That was a weird request.

Hannah: Why?

Matthew: He's changed. That's all. Hey, I'm on the interstate, now. So, I'm going to hang up and talk to you more when I get there Okay? Bye.

Hannah: bye.

I then put my phone down feeling better, and curious as to why Matt didn't want me talking to Max. I can't wait till the 4th. I'll be 18 and Matthew will be here. I might actually tell him how I feel. I then finished my drawing Then I went home to shower.
