Isang oras na ang nakalipas since nung nakauwi si Luke, nandito padin ako sa sahig at nanunuod ng mga random shows sa TV. Tinatamad ako tumayo or pumunta kung saan, di pa naman nakakauwi si Ate pati si Mama, kaya lonely ako dito.
I grabbed my phone and scrolled on my newsfeed on Faceboook pero nabore lang ako, puro kadramahan at kalandian kasi, nakakasira lang ng mood. Di naman online yung mga Facebook friends ko at floodlikers na si Astrid at Claire, so lalong ang boring lang. So, instead, nag-scroll ako sa Twitter, nagbasa ng mga quotes, and again, I got bored so tiningnan ko kung online si Luke, at oo, online nga siya.
"Hello there.'
""Hey." He replied.
And I just had the perfect idea.
"The angel from my nightmare." I chuckled as I typed.
"Jules what?"
"The shadow in the background of the morgue." I continued and I'm laughing right now. He doesn't get it.
"Anong sinasabi mo dyan?"
"The unsuspecting victim, of the darkness in the valley, we can live like Jack and Sally if we want."
"Dafuq, Jules we can't live like Jack and Sally, who the fuck are they? :---(" He replied and I was laughing my ass off.
"Where you can always find me and we'll have Halloween on Christmas."
"Jules," he replied but then I typed the next.
"And in the night we'll wish this never ends, we'll wish this never ends." I continued.
"...uhm, what never ends?"
"I miss you, I miss you."
"Uhm, huli tayong nagkita kanina lang?"
"I miss you, I miss you."
"Uhm, I miss you too?"
Halos naiiyak na ko sa tawa, hindi niya talaga magets.
"WHERE ARE YOU, AND I'M SO SORRY, I CANNOT SLEEP I CANNOT DREAM TONIGHT."
"Oh my god, kanta to diba?"
"FINALLY OH MY GOD YOU FINALLY GOT IT. I GOT THROUGH THE HALF OF THE SONG. *insert napaiyak na sa sobrang tawa emojis*"
"OH SORRY I'M NOT A SONG WIZARD LIKE YOU LOL. *insert some pawn emojis*"
"What's with pawns?"
"Ewan ko, parang ang cute lang kasi nila."
"Ah," yun na lang naireply ko, what else to reply?
"Kasing cute mo."
"Tumigil ka nga, you're such a flirt."
"No I am not."
"So ano yun? Banat lang?"
"Maybe?" And I can imagine Luke biting his bottom lip as he contain his laughter.
"I hate you, James."
"I hate you too, Jules."
