New's POV:

'No need to thanked me. After all we're friends. And Tay never left his friends behind.'

For some unknown reason,I was expecting to hear something else from Tay. Whenever he use this 'friends' word, I always feel a little pang in my heart. It's really unexpected for me that he came this hour just to meet me. I won't lie that he's gesture melted my heart.

"You know what our position looks like?"Tay's question brought me back from my thoughts.

"What?"I frowned at him as I was confused.

"Romeo and Juliet."

It took me 10 good seconds to understand what was Tay trying to say. My eyes were widen and he was having a hard time to suppress his laughter.

"What the hell Tay! Whom you're calling Juliet huh?"I feel my ears were burning.

"Of course you. There's no one in this balcony."

"So you're calling yourself Romeo?Seriously?"

"Aw you think I would lie to you?"

"Like which angle do I looked like a Juliet? Huh?"

"Oh come on my Juliet, don't be so angry. It's not good for your health,"Tay was literally getting on my nerves.

"Tay Tawan! Dare to speak another word I'll kick this ladder,and you know what will happened next,right?"I said in an intimate tone and I can see the panic on his face.

"Oiiiii New, d-don't be so angry na. OK I'm so so so sorry. Please pardon me,"he was begging me.

"Aaaa now you get it huh. Now get off quickly before I really kick you."

He hurriedly get off from the ladder. I was looking around to check if someone seeing this or not. Then I looked at Tay who gave me a nervous smile. He waved his hand at me and started to climbed the gate. I was still stood there for god knows how long. I didn't realized that I was actually smiling like an idiot in this whole time.

The next day:

"Why are we here?"

"For meet them."

"I know but why here? I mean we could meet them at our usuall cafe."

"Ah why you asking me? It's Tay who chose this spot. Not me,"Toy said a bit annoyingly.

My lips twitched after hearing Tay's name.

"Now spill the bean New,"Toy said giving me a slight smirk.

He heaved sigh and and said,

"You looks really happy today. What's the reason behind this sudden change of yours?"

Gosh why he have to notice everything?

"I'm just feeling good OK? Nothing else,"I while avoiding him.

"Yeah? You're feeling soooooo good out of sudden that you immediately agreed when I told you that Tay and Joss wanted to meet you. And I tried to get your attention so hard but what you did is just ignored me,"Toy was now sulking.
