Sudden Encounter

TAY'S POV:
'I'm New.'

I heard it , right? He just told his name .I was standing there processing of what just happened until Joss brought me back on earth.

"What's the important thing you talk with him huh. "

"New",I told him excitedly.

"Huh?"

"His name is New. "

He frowned at me and said,
"So? Everyone has a name. We also have a name so do he. I don't see anything weird 'bout that. "

"It's not like that", I started walking first and Joss followed me behind.

"Than what?", he asked me.

"Well he's not that kind of person who'll easily told his name to someone. I thought he'll refused at first when I asked his name."

"Why are you talking about him like you know him for god knows how many days. Tay, didn't you told me that you met him yesterday?"

"Yeah I met him yesterday but when I looked at him, he seemed like...like he's kinda lost maybe?  Seemed like there are so many emotions that he was holding but can't expressed to anyone. "

"WOAH!!! So many thoughts. You know you kinda talk like mind reader who could tell what's going on in others head. Like SERIOUSLY!! And why are you so interested about this boy huh?"

He is really too much. I didn't  answer his question.

"I think I know why are you so interested on him."

I didn't bother to ask him why cause now I find him really really annoying.

"Oh oh don't tell me Tay don't tell me. You I mean you have a. ...ah heyy why don't you told me earlier. I'm not that kind of friend to judge you. You should have at least told me about that."

I don't understand why he suddenly acting like this until I find out.  I punched his shoulder really hard. He hissed out of pain.

"Ouch...why you punched me?"

"Because you're idiot. Gosh don't get any ideas. I just wanna be friend with him."

He looked at me in disbelief.

"Tell me Tay just tell me, how many friends do you need in your life? The whole world? People wanna make girlfriend but you...you wanna make just friends. "

Here's he go again. Lecturing about making girlfriend. But I'm not gonna let him win this time.

"Look who's talking about making girlfriend. "

He's expression change instantly and glare at me. On the other hand, there is a satisfying smirk displaying on my face.

"Cut this shit . You and me are not same. And we're getting late for our class."

I'm just laughing at him and he shoot a glare at me. But something caught in my eyes.

"Joss where's this blood stain came from? Did you get hurt? "
He looked at his sleeve and frowned.

"Nope I didn't get hurt. Maybe it's came from that nong whom I took to infirmary. "

"He's name is New", I corrected him and just rolled his eyes. He said that he wanna wash it before heading back to the class.
I'm currently waiting outside of washroom where Joss is inside. I take out my phone and scrolling through the social media to kill boredom. Suddenly a thud sound came from inside. I went there to checked up if everything is okay. I saw Joss was lying on the floor.

"What happened? ", I asked him while pulling him up.
Before I understand anything he banging one of the door madly.

"What the fuck is this!! Are you blind or something? Who the hell pushed someone like that? "

I grabbed tightly before he broke the door.
"Joss calm down buddy. What happened? Why you acting like this? "

The door is open where Joss was banging earlier. A guy came from there. It'll be lie if I say he's not a good looking person with fair skin. But still arrogant one. He said

"What's your problem? Can't I do my job in peacefully? "

Joss,"Peacefully? You just pushed someone so hard and you're complaining about your peace? You don't even say sorry. "

That boy rolled his eyes and said,
"Sorry."

Which is doesn't seemed like is.

Joss,"Huh..well you don't look like you're sorry at all."

The guy,"Oh come on, you just said that I didn't say sorry to you and when I said you're still not satisfied. Should I kneel towards you and say sorry."

Joss,"Yeah you should. You just can't pushed someone like that."

The guy,"I didn't pushed you so hard. You looked like a Hulk and you can't even bare my little force that you lost  balance. It's not my fault th "

Joss,"Wh...wha. .what did you called me? H..Hul. .Hulk? You...you arghhhh...how arrogant you are. "

The guy, "How exaggerating you are. "

I'm looking at them back and forth. It's like I'm seeing some kind of cat and dog fighting show. I have to stepped in cause looks like the situation is getting out of control.

"STOP IT BOTH OF YOU."

I shout so loudly and they both stopped.

"Let's just dropped this matter. Fighting is not a  solution. So just let it go", I said calmly to both of them. And that guy approached me

"Well your friend was the one who argued first."

Well he is right indeed. Joss picked up the fight from first place. I can't even blame that guy. But he is also in a fault. So I spoke

"You're right. My friend started it first. But that doesn't count that what you did is either right. You should have been very careful where you go. You can't just pushed anyone because you're in some kind of emergency. So just be careful from the next time. "

He seemed like considering my opinion and said
"Hm okay... I'll be careful from next time."

Without wasting any time,he hurriedly wash his hand and shoot a glare at Joss and stormed outside. I look at Joss who's looking like a atom bomb which can be blast anytime soon.
"You wanna stand here for all day?"

He just pushed me aside and went out.
I followed him and catch up.

"What happened? ", I asked him.

"You saw what happened. Why you asking me right now? "

"Joss I'm not talking about what happened in the washroom. I'm talking about what happened to you?"

He frowned at me in a confusion and said
"Talk straight Tay. What do you mean by that? "

I chuckle  and looked at him

"Joss I know you. You never act like that. I saw you handling the more worst situation calmly. What happened today? You just totally jump on that guy. You could've just handle it calmly but picked up a fight instead. "

He didn't say anything. After a long pause he said

"I don't know either. "

Hmm that's strange. But I didn't asked him further. This sudden encounter with that guy really changed Joss personality for a while. I wonder what would happened if they meet again.
