Because of you

Tay's POV:

I brought some white roses from the rode side stall. I placed them on the empty vase beside the bedside table. The room is still dark despite of the sun that was soaring on the sky. I went to the window and removed the curtain so that the rays of sun can illumite the room. I looked at the bed and my lips twitch into a smile. New is sleeping so peacefully.

Peaceful enough that he didn't woke up since the day he met an accident.

I run my fingers through his scalp. His hairs grow a bit long. The skin turned paler than before and wounds healing slowly. But there is no sign of his awaken.

"Hey it's been six months. Shouldn't you wake up now?"

No one answer me.

"I...I really miss you New. I'll wait for you, even if it takes years I'll still wait for you."

I leaned forward and kissed on his forehead. Tears dropped from my eyes. No matter how much I tried to be strong, at the end of the day it hurts me more.

"Tay there will be another photo exhibition held on USA. I want your team to go there this time," Mild said.
"Tay....I know it's been hard for you in past few months. "*Sigh* But if you don't feel...."

"I'll go,"I cut off her.

She was a bit starled.

"A-Are you sure? Though I want you to go but there is no pressure."

"No Mild. I'll go this time. We already lost the opportunity to represent our company overseas. But not this. I'll go for sure."

I can't be selfish just because I'm hurt. I know how much Mild mentally support me all these months and I want to repay her. As for New, there are lots of people to take care of him. So I can leave without worry.

It's been 4 days I came to the USA. Today is the 2nd day of the exhibition. But I'm restless. Not because of exhibition but for New.

I don't know why but since last two days everyone back in Thailand avoiding me.

It's my my fifth time I'm dialing Joss number.

"Hey bro."

Finally this idiot pick up my call.

"Joss tell me why everyone avoiding my calls. Even no one giving me any news regarding about Newwie. Is there something I should know?" I came straight to the point.

"What are you talking about? E-Everything is fine here. And New....N-New is also fine."

"Joss why are ......"

"Bro I'll you back. I've an urgent meeting. Bye."

"N-No... wait...hello?"

He cut the call. I dailed his number again.

The number you're calling is currently switched off. Please try....

He switched off his phone? Why? One thing I'm sure that he was really nervous when he talked to me. B-But why?

New must be...............f-fine right?

"Tay it's time. Let's go," I heard Lee's voice.

"Y-Yeah I'm coming."

In the whole day, I was absentminded. I tried call everyone but no body picked up my calls. Some of them was switched off and some didn't picked up.
