After looking up at the mistletoe in shock, Y/n and I nervously looked back at Draco and Jade.

"So you...and you?" Draco spat as he looked at us, looking back and forth from Y/n and I.

"Draco, it's not what it looks like..." Y/n tried to say, but it came out more as a whisper.

Draco looked like he was fuming with anger as he yelled, "So why the fuck are you standing under a mistletoe?! Did you kiss?"

"We just hugged!" Y/n yelled, but her voice cracked like she was about to cry.

Draco didn't say anything, instead he just closed his eyes and tried to calm down.

I looked over at Jade to see her reaction and saw that she was looking at me nervously. She looked beautiful and just by looking at her, a blush rose to my cheeks.

"Can we sit down?" Y/n whispered, gesturing to the couches. She looked extremely nervous and I saw Draco's features relax before nodding and walking over.

Draco followed Y/n to sit down together on one of the couches, but they sat a bit awkwardly apart. Jade sat on the couch across from me and just looked at me.

She knew something was up.

"You didn't tell us you guys were coming?" I spoke up, trying to break the awkward silence.

Draco shook his head as he looked over at Y/n and said, "I sent Y/n a letter."

When I looked over at Y/n as well, she looked like she had no idea what he was talking about.

"Did you not see it?" He asked her curiously as she gulped.

"I- uh haven't been staying in my dorm for the last two weeks..." she whispered to the point where it was barely audible.

His eyes narrowed and his brows furrowed as he looked over and glared at me, "Ryder, what does she mean? Why the fuck hasn't she been staying in her own dorm?!"

He thinks she's been staying with me?

Shit, I have to tell him about that night.

"Mate, she hasn't been staying with me..." I started to say but Y/n quickly cut me off.

"You think I've been sleeping with him?!" She yelled, outraged by his assumptions. I gulped feeling the guilt of that night as she continued on, "How do I not know if you've slept with Jade?! You two have only been spending time with each other for the past half year, and Ryder and I only happened-"

She quickly stopped talking after realizing what she had just revealed.

Fuck.

Draco's glare intensified more as he marched towards her until they were only inches apart.

"Y/n...finish that sentence." He demanded in a dangerously low voice as he stared into her eyes angrily as she gulped.
