Today is the funeral. Such a sad day. Naeun helped out with Kai's mother. And while her parents are with the guest.

"People change throughout the years, Naeun." Kai stated.

"I can't disobey your father's wishes. Don't you know? How much I liked you in our high school years?" Naeun said.

Kai's heart started to skip a beat. His cheeks are getting hotter.

"Ever since that day, at the roof top where we used to hang out. Don't you know how happy I was? And that day when you came to the nurse room, I cared for you. And now you're treating me like a door step. You aren't the Kai I once knew. Deep down, I know you're in there, Jongin." Naeun said.

Kai let out a sigh and somehow contain his shaky voice.

"Can't believe I'm confessing to you at a time like this. Though, I never thought it will turn out like this. I...I love you." Naeun said.

Kai didn't face Naeun, basically he's not moving. Trying to control his shaky voice, hoping Naeun will not hear his cries. Kai opened the door and Naeun followed.

"I love you. I love you so much."

Kai just kept on walking, holding his cries.

"I said, I love you. Why you're leaving me? Hey! Kim Jongin, I said, I love you!"

Kai walked even further and Naeun cried as she bend down on her knees. Kai didn't even look back.

Naeun cried and her tears started to fall. Jaejoong saw this and he bend down to her and patted her head.

Naeun looked up and made contact with him.
Jaejoong wiped her tears and gave her a hug, for comfort.

Naeun didn't mind. She needs someone to lean on at the moment.

Am I too late to confess? I just confess to Kai. I got no response. Maybe he did change.
