Just as Paul loaded the gun and pointed it at my head, Matt's deep, loud voice filled the air, coming from down the hall, he was calling me out desperately. Seconds later Nick joined the chorus.

Upon reaching the room, they both froze when they saw that tall man holding me against his body, and next to my right temple; a gun.

-Not one more step or I'll blow her head off!- He yelled.

-Dammit! Ernie? What the hell are you doing? - Nick said without understanding anything.
