My Miniscule Sandy World Ouni/Kicha X Reader (You!)

Part 10 (Not 9)

Kicha's pov

"Improve?" I mumbled. Y/n had started to grow more serious.

"Yes."

"Shouldn't we do something about the children first?"

Y/n looked away, I started to catch on that she had done that whenever she was nervous of something.

"What?" Y/n flinched and I stood up.

"It is necessary for you to win," she responded harshly, "This is not a game it is a battle."

"But-" Y/n swung a stick towards my face.

"You need to practice as well. I can instruct you a bit as well," She swung another stick at me, this time a little faster. I was just barely able to dodge.

"Hey!" I tried to dodge the incoming sticks, although one still hit me.

"You said you had thymia right? Then you can attack with your surroundings." I glanced at the rocks and sticks around.

I got ready to attack, although my stance was quickly broken from and incoming pebble.

"Time waits for no one..." She inspected every move I seemed to make. How could I beat her? Could I run and then attack? I was in no shape or form an Ouni. I could barely muster up a shield, but that took almost all the thymia I had.

Surprise attack? It would be risky but if this kept up any longer it'd be over.

I ran into the forest, and jumped upon a branch. The forest was dense making  it hard to stay hidden. I hoped it would work. I really did.

"Are you hiding now, well I guess it's sensible like animals people fear, cower, and run away from what is stronger," She almost scoffed.

"Was she comparing me to an animal?!"

I tried to control any rash thoughts, I needed to prove that we people of the Mud Whale had a chance!

"Oi! Where are you!" Y/n shouted again laughing at herself. At that moment that there was the time to attack.

I grabbed a branch and flew down inserting my thymia into it. I felt the wind blow throw my short blonde hair.

"Mass times acceleration equals force right? So this had to do something."

Although as I thought I had this she formed a shield. All that effort for nothing. I tried to stand back up, but I was too beat.

I couldn't even see a scratch she hasn't even moved from her spot. I observed as I drifted away due to exhaustion.

AT-

Was it short? I don't think it was short. Although I don't really know. This is like 6 days later it may not seem like that but it is. It felt so long ago. I mean during that time though I certainly have thought of how to execute this.

P.s I am determined to not make Kicha a character for the main interests. I won't do best gal dirty like that. I'll make sure nothing happens to her. UnU
