"i was free before I met you

i was broken but freeall alone in the clear view, but now you are all I see..."

A few days later, it was time to depart from Manchester to Ottery St Catchpole, a small town in Devon where Cedric's parents lived. Not exactly thrilled to take the five-hour train ride there, and because Priscilla wasn't seventeen yet and still had the trace on her, they resulted to using the floo network.

"This is ridiculous," Priscilla said as she crouched in Nitara's small fireplace, surveying the brick with distaste.

David and Devi nodded silently in agreement from where they stood behind Cedric and Nitara. "We don't like it either, love."

"Seriously? After everything magical you've seen at Hogwarts, the Floo Network is where you draw the line?" Nitara asked, exasperated.

"Don't you have the floo network in America?" Cedric asked to make a point.

"Stop! Stop, stop, stop, fine, I'll go. I hate this stupid fuckin floo network," Priscilla grumbled, she grabbed some powder from Nini's pouch, apologized to David and Devi for cussing, then crawled into the fireplace.

"DIGGORY BURROW!" she called out, throwing the powder at her feet. A gust of green flames rose around her feet and she was gone.

"Did she just say burrow?" Nini asked, eyes wide.

Cedric laughed and put his head in his hands. "You'll never guess where she's headed."

"Oh my god," Nitara said before breaking out into laughter.

David and Devi looked confused as ever.

Priscilla appeared in another fireplace feeling a little dizzy. She stumbled out of the soot and the warm crackling fire resumed in her place behind her. "Great," she muttered, wiping her sweater of ash, "I could've been barbequed.

She took a moment to look around the home. It was so warm and cozy inside, knitted throws were tossed over orange armchairs and there were books littered everywhere.

"Arthur, are we expecting visitors?" a woman called out. She shuffled into the living room and saw Priscilla standing there covered in soot.

"Mrs. Diggory?" she asked, not quite believing her question based on the family resemblance.
