"So, what was that ear-thing anyway?" Priscilla asked the following day, walking with the twins through the halls aimlessly. It was a weekend and they were looking for something to do. Vader followed them at their feet, for once not sleeping on Priscilla's shoulder.

"That, sweet Cilly, was our latest invention, the Extendable Ear! You were our first trial run yesterday," George announced proudly.

"Is that right?"

"Georgie and I have big plans love," Fred added. "We've been saving up to start our own business in Diagon Alley."

Priscilla smiled and nodded. "To sell what?"

"Why don't we show her, Georgie?"

George pursed his lips together, unsure. "We can't show her, we're in a prank war!"

Fred stopped walking and put his arm around his girlfriend, who was chuckling at the brother's bickering. "Fine then, let's not bring Priscilla Roberts the queen of pranks. Let's bring Cilly Roberty, my girlfriend and friend of the family."

George groaned and agreed, making Priscilla clap excitedly.

Sneaking into another house's quarters should be a nearly impossible feat, but for some reason, the twins made it seem like a piece of cake. It's almost as if they've done this before.

They walked up the stairs to the portrait that hid the Gryffindor common room from plain sight. Harry poked his head out and tossed a velvet purple cloak in their direction. The twins looked around inconspicuously before tossing the cloak over Priscilla and ushering her inside. Fred held her hand under the cloak, keeping her close and making sure it wouldn't fall off. She was completely invisible.

The Gryffindor common room felt like the polar opposite of Slytherin's. Tapestries and portraits lined the maroon-wallpapered walls and books were littered everywhere. There was an array of red and brown armchairs and couches placed about the room, and a grand warm fireplace made the room feel even cozier than it already was. Vader didn't waste any time curling up next to the fireplace, grateful to be undisturbed like he would've been by Pansy's awful cat in the Slytherin common room.

"Vader?" Hermione asked curiously from where she sat on the couch. She was the only person in the common room that evening save for Priscilla, Harry, and the twins.
