The very next morning I heard pounding at my door to my house 🏡. I hop outta my bed turn on my bedroom lights then go downstairs and check who's at the door this early in the morning . It's mom Ashley open up ! She's shouting . You better be outta bed ! Wake up! She's pounding at the door as I open it and yawn - good morning mom what are you doing here this early ? When I looked at her I could tell something was up with her . Mom what's wrong ? I'm getting worried. Mom burst through the door to my house so I just shut the door behind her as she spoke up - turn the news on right now ! She demands savanna as savanna quickly jumped off the couch and turned the news on and jack and I share a nervous look . Mom - there was another shark attack at the beach you surf at ! Ashley's face went pale - what ?! . All of a sudden Cody whipped into my driveway and my face is even paler then it was before mom broke the bad news to us . Mom - Ashley you're boyfriends here let him in please. She turns up the tv and sits on the couch and listens to the news lady speak about yet another shark attack last night. This time it involves more than one surf guy . I opened the door to my house as Cody runs up the steps of my porch saying - hey Babe have ya guys seen the news ? Can I come in ? Ashley - yeah the news is on right now my mom told us she's here right now watching it on the tv . Cody - this is nuts . You should text Andrew it wasn't us case he finds out. I text Andrew- hey there was another shark attack last night at beach that we all surf at but I wanna let ya know we're all okay . Andrew text me- that's good to hear . Thanks for telling me and no more surfing. Ashley- okay I'll tell the girls . Andrew- yeah you should. We stop texting each other. How awkward this conversation was . I've been ignoring him because I was mad at him but not anymore. I forgot why I was even mad at him in the first place. My bffs Sarah and brook and Kayla even we're coming over and we're all sitting on the couch with my mom watching the news not speaking a word out loud . Till the news lady spoke - we will be keeping you all updated on this shark attack very soon stay tuned and goodbye for now . Then the news came on about the weather.

Mom looks at Cody and I - have ya two been surfing? I know you guys went on a beach date a few times including last night to so I'd love to know we're you two surfing yes or no ! Cody spoke - no I wouldn't put you're daughter or her friends in danger like that . My sister and I got our surf boards taken away from us because we kept going surfing after the shark attack that happened to our cousin . Ash didn't have her surf board last night she left it at home I made sure she did . Ashley spoke up- yeah we haven't been surfing for two weeks mom . Mom - well I hope you don't ever go surfing again guys !

Cody kissed my forehead- I'm gonna go make you're mom some hot coffee do ya want any babe ? Ashley - sure I'll have some . Savanna- I'll have some to Cody . Cody - okay jack do you wanna come help me? Jack - yeah sure dude he gets up and walks in the kitchen with Cody . Savanna- their keepers mom . Ashley laughed - I definitely agree.

Sarah pulled into the driveway and in the passenger seat was Kayla so I'm guessing brook went on a date with her boyfriend since they just got back together last week .

Ashley smiled at them both - hola girls what's up ? Welcome to my house! Kayla- hey Ashley brook ditched us again for her ugly boyfriend. Sarah - hola bitch why's your mom and my brother here ? She looks nervous. Ashley - shark attack was on the news so mom came over here to watch it my grandparents must've told her about it they do wake up early. Sarah - gotcha . Ashley - as for ya brother I'm dating him case ya have forgotten. She giggled- of course I haven't forgotten don't be silly ash . They both walk into the house and my mom eyes them both - hi girls have ya been to the beach at all ? Kayla - nope why ? Sarah - what's wrong ? My mom - shark attack again at same beach you girls surf at . Sarah - I don't know if my brother told you or not but our mom took our surf boards . Kayla - yeah my dad did the same last night with my surfing board .
