Yibo's failed revenge POV YIBO

Motto: When others interfere and call that help and then everything goes wrong! Part 2!

Yibo was furious at Zhan. Yes, he was inattentive and blamed it on himself. But he didn't deserve to be so viciously screwed over by Zhan just to get a lesson.

Angrily, Yibo thought about how he could take revenge on Zhan for this. He just left Zhan standing in the hallway and told him to sleep in the guest room tonight. Yibo expected Zhan to come to him and apologize. But, Zhan did not come!

Instead, Zhan wordlessly went into the bedroom, got his pajamas and change of clothes for the next day and then went into the guest room. That's not what Yibo had thought of. He didn't really want to sleep another night apart from Zhan.

That one night was enough for him. He had been looking for Zhan after he noticed that Zhan didn't go to bed but was gone. He walked around everywhere looking for him. Then he happened to see Zhan coming out of the pub and ran home quickly. He went to bed in his clothes and waited for Zhan to lie down beside him. But instead, he just took his bedding and went into the guest room.

Even then Yibo knew that something was wrong and that he was in trouble. But he didn't expect that this was only part of a lesson that Zhan wanted to teach him.

Desperate, he called his brother and asked him for advice. "Do the same to him." He said to Yibo.

"Do you think that's a good idea?"

"Sure. You can take revenge on Zhan with this. You just tell him you found an old friend on the internet and you want to go to his place for a few days, but instead you come to us. Aren't you on vacation at school soon anyway?"

"Sounds like a stupid idea, actually. But yeah, maybe I should do it."

In the days that followed, Yibo spoke to Zhan only when necessary. Like to let him know he was going to visit an old friend for a few days. "I'll leave on Friday after work and come back on Tuesday or Wednesday." Yibo said.

"OK." Said Zhan and went back to his guest room. More and more Yibo doubted the revenge plan, instead he would rather make up with Zhan again. He wants Zhan to sleep next to him again and they are happy again. But, he has already pushed it so far that he can't go back now and has to go through with it.

In the morning when Yibo got up, he went to the guest room to wake Zhan. But the room was empty and the bed looked unused. He also noticed that some of Zhan's clothes were missing.

He ran to the kitchen and found a note on the refrigerator: "I will not stand in your way. I hope you get back together. Your brother-in-law told me how important he always was to you. All the best!"

Yibo just stared at the note speechlessly for over a minute and then ran to the phone to call his brother and his brother-in-law. "What did you say to Zhan?"

"What do you mean? I didn't speak Zhan." Said his brother.

Yibo read him the note, and Hai Kuan said, "Hang on, I'll get him."

Through the phone, Yibo could hear a discussion between his brother and his brother-in-law. He heard Meng Yao say, "I thought it was arranged to make Zhan think Yibo was going to his ex?"

Hai Kuan yelled, "Are you stupid? We said to an old friend and not his ex!"

Meng Yao: "I thought you meant Yibo's ex."

Hai Kuan: "He didn't mean half as much to Yibo as Zhan. What exactly did you say to Zhan?"

Meng Yao: "When Zhan called, I told him that Yibo told me he was meeting his ex-boyfriend and spending a few days with him. And that Yibo's ex meant a lot to him. And I said, I wouldn't be surprised if they got back together."
