"I look ridiculous."
"Ya look pretty."
"Last time I showed this much skin I was being born!"
Aria was in the process of curling her hair in the bathroom while Jane stared at her reflection in the mirror. Jane kept spinning around in the full length mirror in the bedroom. The forever teen had been complaining since she put the tight sweetheart lined lime green dress that fell mid-thigh, her blonde hair pinned into a bun and her bangs falling into her face, her transparent pixie wings moved with her every move, the bedroom lights causing the little swirls of glitter to twinkle.
"Who am I again?" Jane questioned.
"Tinkerbell," Aria replied as she unplugged the curler and walked into the bedroom to finish getting ready, "she's a pixie."
Jane examined her reflection again, "I feel as if Demetri or Felix will say something."
Aria plopped down on the bed her pleated teal poodle skirt spreading around her. She slipped on her black and white saddle shoes. "If they do pop 'em in the chops."
"Pop what?"
Aria giggled as she laced her shoes, "Hit 'em."
Jane nodded and put on her matching green flats that jingled ever so softly with each movement. "I might do that."
Aria crossed the room to stand in front of the mirror, watching as she tied ebony black chiffon scarf around her neck. She looked at her reflection and smiled. She looked like she walked right out of the 1950s.
"Ready?"
"Always," replied Jane as she stood. Both girls made their way out of the bedroom, Aria leading the way.
As they neared the stairs, the mortal could hear everyone that waited for them. Aria practically ran down the stairs as everyone's excitement fueled her own. Felix was walking by the staircase in his inflatable T-Rex costume, causing the honey blonde to giggle.
"Happy Halloween Dino," Aria called wrapping her arms around the man she now considered an older brother.
"Rawr," Felix replied with a chuckle. He offered an arm, escorting her to the living room to the others waiting.
Everyone stood or sat around the room. Carlisle managed to get the night off with the help of the immortal empath, Jasper. The kind vampire and his wife sat on the couch. Esme was curled into his side, the immortal couple were dressed as a murderous doctor and nurse, their scrubs splattered in blood. Alice, who stood in the arms of her husband, wore a woodland sprite outfit, a floral crown sat on her head and the iridescent wings on her back casted a hue of colors with each little movement the pixie vampire made. The only other texan in the house had stuck to his roots and dressed as a cowboy, boots and all.
The runaway model like vampire sat on the couch with her muscle bound mate. Rosalie had herself wrapped in a fur shawl, her scarlet red dress hugged her curves and a huge slit ran up her right leg to her mid-thigh, her golden curls hidden under a red wig. Emmett decided to not be the Roger Rabbit to his wife's Jessica. Instead he wore one of those inflatable human captured by an alien costumes, causing Aria to smile.
The Volturi's all sat by the piano. Demetri smiled at Aria, pulling her in for a side hug once she was close enough. He had dressed himself in a gold pinstriped three piece suit, a golden tie fastened around his neck, and midnight black fedora. His frosted sandy hair was slicked back under his hat.
"Are ya a lady killer Demi?"
The tracker chuckled and replied, "A gangster from the 20's."
Aria nodded and threw her arms around Marcus. Marcus had dressed himself in a toga picta that was the deepest shade of purple Aria had ever witnessed. The toga was held together by clasps of gold, a shawl wrapped around his shoulders had gold stitching on the ends, and brown sandals hugged the kings feet.
