Chapter 11

3 Weeks Later

Jayden's Pov

It's been a couple of weeks since Blue's moment and she's been doing quite well. She hasn't had any more moments like that and that's good. Honeybee was starting to get suspicious. The most that's happened is her wanting to be outside with me more and having a lot more energy. And my dance classes with Honeybee have been amazing. She taught me the choreography to the dance she showed me and I taught her the choreography to the dance I made too. And may I just say, she killed it. And Honeybee came out with a new collection for her brand Ivy Park and might I say, it's really cute. And Blue got to be in one of the videos for it! Honestly, life has been great! And to top off this amazing day, it's Halloween Eve! I can finally be myself for a night!

"So Smallz, what are you going to be for Halloween?"

"I'm going to be Penny Proud because this year we're dressing up as the proud family!" She giggled.

"You guys are gonna look so cute Smallz!"

"What are you going to be?"

"So Halloween is one of my favorite holidays because I can have my eyes and fangs showing and people usually just think that it's a costume. So a couple of days ago, Honeybee let me buy a school uniform that they wear on this show called Legacies. It's a supernatural show and there's werewolves and vampires on the show so I guess I'm going to be a student at the Salvatore School!" I explained. In my opinion, it was an excellent idea.

"That's really smart Fluffy,"

"I know right?"I replied with a smug look on my face. I was really proud of this one.

"Are you excited about the Halloween party?" The smug look was wiped off my face with those words.

"Not really, I've never been good with parties,"

"Why? Everybody is going to be there," Blue pouted.

"Look at it from my perspective Blue. Honeybee quite literally picked me up off of the side of the road and took me in. I'm not her daughter. And I've never met these people, what if they hate me? What if they treat me like how your dad treats me? What if something happens and somebody sees me?"

"Calm down Fluffy, you'll be fine. You'll get along with Auntie Solo and Julez just fine and I'm sure Nana will love you! TT Kelly and TT Chelle are really cool and Titan is pretty cool too. I think Riri and Nicki are coming too and they're fun. And Megan and Normani are coming and they're really awesome. You're stressing over nothing!"

"If you say so. And who are all these people anyway?" Blue looked at me with wide eyes and her jaw was on the floor.

"You don't know them? Like at all?" She gasped. I hesitantly shook my head no and she facepalmed. "You live under a rock Fluffy, pass me your remote. I reached over and grabbed my remote off of my nightstand and gave it to her. She pressed a couple of buttons and opened YouTube.

"Okay so first we're going to start with Riri. She makes music like mommy but now she focuses more on her makeup brand called Fenty and she makes weird uncomfortable clothes," She explained while she typed the woman's name in the search bar. She pressed a random video with a picture of who I'm guessing is her on it. "This is her song Pon De Replay. I really like it but she has a lot of other ones like Disturbia, Don't Stop The Music, Love on the Brain, Rude Boy, Umbrella, and a whole bunch more. We're going to listen to a couple of them so you won't be completely clueless. We listened to a couple of her songs and she's pretty good. I'll have to listen to her more.
