Chapter 18

Jay-Z's Pov

     Bitch. Fucking bitch. I knew something was up. I knew she wasn't right. I could tell something was off, but I hid it. I tried to warn Bey. I wasn't just being rude, my gut told me something was off and I listened to it. I tried to warn her, but she just brushed it off as me being standoffish. She didn't listen and now she's hurting. I sighed as I sipped my drink. I need to be there for her, I should be there for her, but instead, I'm at the club drinking. I need to fully wrap my head around all of this. 

     The girl is a vampire wolf hybrid. 

     Drink. 

     The girl has two souls. 

     Drink. 

     One of the souls used to be friends with Mama T.

     Drink. 

     My wife and her family aren't human. 

     Drink. 

     They can all do things a normal human can't.

     Drink. 

     My children are werewolves.

     Drink. 

     Blue is "turning" soon.

     Drink.

    The little bitch gave my daughter a rabbit.

     My baby girl liked it.

     She has a bloodlust.

     My wife is somehow connected to the little bitch.

     She lied to us.

      She hurt my wife.

     Is she okay?

     Drink. 

     I should be with her. 

     Drink. 

     I need to be with her.

      I'm going to make sure she's okay.

     I lazily reached into my pocket and grabbed my phone. I've had way too much liquor to drive myself. I called up one of our drivers to come to get me. I waited for him to call and say he arrived. When he did, I snuck out the back to avoid the paps because I am not in the mood to be swarmed and slowly climbed in. Damn, I need to cut back on the liquor. 

     "Where too Mr. Carter?" The older white man asked. 

     "Home please," I sighed. I watched him nod through the rearview mirror as I laid my head back against the seat. I'm pathetic. Look at me. I went out to the club for a drink while my wife is in pain. I left. I need to work on bettering myself. 

     "We're here Mr. Carter, "The driver announced. 

     "Thanks, man,"  I exclaimed as I stumbled out of the car.
