Everyone was awake now and eating breakfast. In silence. complete silence but for the dishes being clanged against by cutlery. With a half-eaten meal, I stood walking out of the room.

"Well, she's chipper this morning," Klaus said before I couldn't hear the conversation any more. Walking to the shed I got out the archery set. My dad taught me in the summer when school was out, standing back I shot the target dead centre. The target unlike the normal yellow blue and red circle ones was shaped like people. I made these when I set this place up. Hitting the second target in the head then heart and stomach birds were chirping it calmed me as I shot the next arrow.

"You're a fan of archery," Allison said coming out with a coffee in her hands. Humming in response I used my powers to make the arrows go back into the holster.

"My Dad taught me." Letting out a shaky breath my hands began to shake. Clenching and unclenching my fists I gulped. "You know the main reason they won't come here first is because this is the last place I want to be in the whole world." Raising the bow and arrow I shot the target directly in the head.

"I know this must be hard on you but we need your help. Your watch can help us work out where we went wrong. To make things right." My hands fell to my side. They all stood there looking at me. Sighing my head tilted up looking at the sky.

"Damn moral compass." Whispering this out to myself I unclipped the arrows walking up the steps dropping both items next to the door. "1963. There's a blip. Among other minor time Anomalies." Tapping the watch and flicking the screen into the blank wall I clicked my tongue. "Among three years. Why the fuck would you separate yourselves like that?" The group all sat in the same seats as the night before.

"Let's just say we didn't have time to think about the when and where." Clicking my tongue before biting my lip I rolled my eyes.

"You time travelled without a watch or briefcase. Idiots."

"Hey, it was either that or die with everyone else," Luther said and I sighed turning back to the screen. The largest point was a few days.

"You talked to your dad didn't you." A pen zoomed across the room and into my hand as I circled the time.

"We may have had a quick chat," Klaus spoke before drinking his coffee. It was a murmur but enough for me to hear.

"Talking to people in the past you know in the further is the worst decision anyone could make. You convinced him in those few 'chats' to change his mind about adopting you all." They all looked to one another and it was clear at the time this was the last thing on their minds. "What did you say?"

"The future, our powers," Vanya said calmly.

"We just talked to the old bastard"

"So he met you and just thought fuck it." They all nodded. Five took the marker in my hand showing what the different points that Reginald was involved.

"Can't we go back and go after ourselves?" Five groaned going to snap at Diego.

"What would you do if seeing yourself in front of you? Hm?"

"Try to kill myself I suppose," Diago said with a shrug flipping a knife in his hand while talking.

"Exactly. So if all six of us go back we'd all get paradox psychosis and try to kill younger selves."

"I've seen it. It's not a pretty sight." Scoffing are Luther I looked back to the wall then remembered the briefcase.

"Klaus do you still have the suitcase?" I said plucking the marker back from Five.

"Guard with your life remember." He said and I sighed looking over my shoulder. "I'll go get it." He huffed standing from the chair and walking back up the stairs.

"What happened to a beacon at the end of the tunnel?" Ignoring Vanya's question I continued to write the equations down on the wall.

"Mobius has experimented with mental time travel not physical, to send your mind back to a time to change the outcome of agents," I explained not stopping what I was doing.

"Like Cronosthesia." Five said standing next to me.

"Got it," Klaus said panting slightly gunning back into the room from the stairs.

"Yes. But they couldn't get past the three-second mark. But if the past selves had an antenna then it might be possible for longer."  Making my bag come into my hand from upstairs five ducked not to get hit. Going down into my knees getting out a scalpel I cut a small hole on the side of the leather box.

"So why the briefcase?" Allison asked as I opened the side of the case.

"Mobius took a few from the commission using pieces to construct the machine to send agents back. Although at the beginning there heads blew off." Murmuring the last bit to myself Diego stood.

"And you want us to test this out? I like my head attached to the rest of my body." Using my ability to take out a blue glowing liquid everyone stared at it unblinking.

"Yeah, I agree with Diego. My head is a lot more attractive with the rest of me." Klaus said almost lazy like.

"That won't happen." I breathed tossing the rest of the case to the side while opening the basement door.

"And why is that?" Not stopping for Diago I walked down the stairs.

"Because I didn't help make it."

.....

They looked like patches. About the size of a fifty-cent coin. It had a small circle compartment to hold the glowing liquid still floating in front of me.

"Your calculations... are you sure they're completely accurate?" Five said when teleporting into the room.

"100% back at Mobius the main reason this was scrapped was the link between your past and present self wasn't steady. Having links on both ends would require another agent being sent out defeating the purpose." Adding the first drop to the second patch it glowed brightly before settling down.

"You seem to know a lot about this for someone that's been hiding out most of their life." Five took a seat next to the desk I was working on. Where I used to sit when my dad was working.

"Like I said I tried to destroy the company. I learned a thing or two in those four days." Using a hot metal rod to stick together two wires a small amount of smoke came off the patch before I added another layer of protection to cover the wires.

"You stayed hidden in the home base of a time-travelling organisation? Colour me impressed." Glancing over to him for a moment before going back to work I breathed out slowly adding in the next drop.

"Well, when they're looking all around the world in thousands of different years...."

"They're own home would be the last place you'd be." Nodding I smiled shortly before finishing the last one.

"Exactly. They're not the brightest bunch. Neither is the commission or so I've heard." Five nodded looking around the room for a moment.

"That's the understatement of the century." Letting out a breathless laugh I rolled the chair out standing.

"Shit how long have I been down here." Cracking my back I groaned standing straighter placing all the patches in a small box.

"It's just past 6. Allison cooked something apparently." Humming in response the two of us walked back up to the kitchen.
