Broken (Carl Grimes)

Chapter 12

Were at some house with some guy with Terminus. He keeps saying our friends are dead. Carol went to go check it out.

" Hye you. "

I look over at him while Tyreese has judith.

" You have a friend in there dont you. Thats why your so worried. "

I say " No thats not why im so worried. Maybe im worried because my family is out there somewhere and this is the only hope i have. They could be alive or they could be dead. Now shut the hell up. "

He chuckles.

" You really think shes gonna come back alive."

I hear a big boom and look in the direction of Terminus. Theres smoke coming from it and you can see fire.

I say " Yep. I think she's gonna do great. "

 He says " Im glad you think so. "

I say " Listen here buddy. Shes smart. Sounds like she knows what she's doing. Knows more than you. Now shut up before i through you out there and feed you to the walkers. "

He stays quiet. I walk over to Tyreese and pick Judith up. He walks over to the guy and they start standing there. I turn my back to the woods and look inside the little house thing. Its pretty small kinda looks more like a garage but has a little blanket mad into a bed. Close enough to a home. Its seems like something stable. I would live here if i was by myself. 

" Allicia!? "

I turn my head at my name. I see Carl. His eyes land on mine and then to Judith. Him and Rick both run over to me. I hand Rick his baby and smile. Carl pulls me into a hug. I hug him and hold him tighter than i thought. I missed him and im so happy he's alive. He pulls back and looks me in the eyes.

" I love you to. "

I say " What? "

He says " Before the prison you told me you loved me. I love you to Allicia. "

I say " Are you serious. "

I stand there frozen. I feel lips pressed against my cheek. A little spark goes through my cheek.

He says " I am. I know now that your one of the most important things in my life. Im in love with you and i cant live without you. While i was in the box you where the main thing on my mind. You where all i had left. We thought Judith was dead and i was so scared you where to. "

I say " Carl. I love you. Okay you dont ever have to worry about me not loving you. Everynight i played with my necklace thinking of you. I cried a couple of times but i lost hope. Lizzie told me she saw you leave. But i wasnt to sure. "

He says " Lizzie? Where is she? "

I say " She didnt uhh make it. "

He says " What happened? "

I say " She killed Mika. And almost your sister. What was done had to be done. "

He says " I understand. "

I say " Yeah. We burried them a few miles back . "

He says " Its okay. "

He pulls me into a nother hug and holds it out. 

I say " Carl. "

He looks me in the eyes. 

I say " Thank you."

He says " For what? "

I say " Well for being a male figure in my life that doesnt hurt me or try to in any way. For being here when i need you and not leaving. "

He says " It will stay that way to. "

I say " Good. I hope so. Now go see your sister. "

He nods and goes over and starts playing with his sister. I see some russling and pull my gun out. I walk over and go into the woods a little. I see Carol. I smile and she hands me Carl's hat. 

She says  "You seem happier. "

I say " Well yeah. I am. "

She says " Good im happy. I was starting to get worried. "

I say " Im happy as long as i have Carl in my life. "

I smile and we walk out of the woods. A gun is pointed at us. Tyresse. He lowers it and i put Carl's hat on. 

" I think we got a new sherriff in town! "

I look over at Maggie and smile. Carl looks at me and his eyes light up. I take the hat off and set it on his head.

I say " You look different without your hat. "

He says " You look different with a hat. "

I say " I hope thats not a bad difference. "

He says " Of course not. I hope mines not. "

I reach up and take hat off and smile. 

I say " Not at all. Looks good. "

He says " Good. "

 I giggle and pull him into another hug. 

I say " I missed you. "

He wraps his arms around my waist and pulls me closer. 

He says " I missed you to. "

I lay my head on his shoulder and we kinda just lay there. We sway back and forth and im surprised nobody has said anything. I pull back and look at Carl. I smile and shake my head. 

He says " So i was wondering. Do you think we could give this whole boyfriend and girlfriend thing a try? "

I say " I would love to Carl. "

He smiles and my smile grows bigger. He pulls me into another hug.

I never knew i would say yes to him. I never knew he would ask me out. I guess this world is full of surprises. I just hope something dont end it.

Hey guys! Im sorry i feel like i update slow. Im gonna try to update more but i have cheerleading all week so we will see how it goes. I have a preformance Saturday and i get to do infront of my crush. Yay me.. .-.
