Sirius' POV (Angela)

"And zen she tole me, I need to," Xavier spoke incoherently with a mouth full of pizza.

"Dude, didn't your mom tell you not to speak with your mouth full?" I said irritably.

Xavier finished chewing and took a big gulp of juice to wash everything down. "Don't bring my mama into this," he said.

"Anyway, what were you saying about some girl?" I urged him to go on even though I was only half-listening to him. My eyes were fixated on the brunette with big brown eyes. The one I couldn't stop thinking about since she had crashed into me earlier that morning. What was wrong with me?

I was surprised to see her at the cafeteria. I had no idea we had the same lunch period. Maybe she was right after all. I was too busy making out with girls to notice anything or anyone else around me.

"You aren't even listening to me," Xavier accused.

"Sorry, bro. Hey, do you know who that girl is?" I asked and pointed at the girl who was now immersed in conversation with a pink-haired dude.

"Ehem...that pretty brunette? We have the same Math class, I think," Xavier said looking thoughtful like he actually gave it some thought.

"What's her name?" I asked, finally paying attention to Xavier as he was about to become useful for once.

"Fuck if I know. I do know her name had something to do with a state. New York or some shit." He shrugged and returned to his pizza.

I crinkled my forehead. "Her name is New York?"

"I have no idea. Why do you want to know about her? I've never seen you be interested in that type of girl before."

"What type would that be?" I narrowed my eyes not sure I liked that they all felt I had a type.

"The sweet, innocent type. However, I do remember her having a smart mouth in class. She can be hilarious when she wants to be," Xavier chuckled as if he remembered something she said.

Sweet with a smart mouth huh, I could work with that.

"I want to know if she is coming to Tiffany's party. I wouldn't mind getting a taste of her smart mouth," I said. I could be shameless when it came to girls. Besides, every time I looked at her, I could feel my body heat rise, and the only way to fix it was to have her in my arms.

I had to have her!

My thoughts were interrupted as I saw another boy wrapping his arms around her. I recognized him. Mischa Villin, the golden boy of the basketball team. Rage fueled inside my brain as I saw him intimately holding on to her. Not once had I thought about her having a boyfriend.

Was that who Mischa was to her?

I do not like this, I thought to myself. He could not have her. I would not let him.

"Find out if she is going to Tiffany's party tonight," I told Xavier.

"What do I look like to you? Your personal errand boy and spy?" he waved his hand in dismissal.

"You should be so lucky," I grumbled. "But seriously. Do me a solid and find out. Come on!" I urged.

"Fine. I am only agreeing to this because I don't want you to nail me on the practice arena out of spite. I am still recovering from the slash marks you gave me the other day," Xavier frowned.

"It's not my fault you don't know how to dodge. Enough with the jibber-jabbering. I need you to find out today. Maybe you should befriend that pink-haired dude she was with earlier." I suggested innocently. I was not above taking advantage of friends if I needed it.

"That froot loop? No, thank you. He is a fucking weirdo," Xavier winced. "I mean, what is up with that hairdo? Why is it the color of cotton candy? How does the school allow this?" He threw a slew of questions at me like I was the encyclopedia of pink-haired froot loops.

"I don't know. Why don't you ask him? And then ask about the girl while you're at it," I smirked.

Xavier sighed. "Fine, I give up. I'll befriend the freak. Happy now?"

Overjoyed...

That was only step one to get the girl in my bed. Who would have thought a regular human girl like her would make me so restless?

As it turned out, she was coming to the party. I met up with Xavier after school, along with the others.

"Her name is Denver," Xavier announced.

Weird name, but that did not matter. I only cared about ravaging her fragile little body. She would feel so good trembling under me, I was sure of that.

"Thanks a lot for making me talk to the cotton candy head, by the way. He was really pissing me off, but I stuck it out for your sake." Xavier made a sour face.

"Pissing you off in what way?" I looked at him curiously.

Robbie burst out laughing. What was I missing?

"What's so damn funny?" I barked.

"Xavier is pissy because Joshua made a pass at him apparently." Robbie could barely contain himself.

"Is that so?" I grinned. So, his name was Joshua.

"He...he was openly flirting with me in front of everyone. Could you imagine the nerve of that shithead?" Xavier stammered. He was on the verge of blushing.

"Aww, poor Xavier, is he making you question your sexuality? Maybe it's time you came out of the closet?" Xander said mockingly.

"Fuck no..." Xavier hesitated.

"We will love and accept you no matter what," Robbie offered his support.

"Fuck you all. It's not like that. I don't care for that freak," Xavier cried.

"Anyway, on to the important information. Is she coming to the party or not?" I asked irritated that they could not get to the point. Like I gave a crap if the froot loop had flirted with Xavier. Girls did it all the time, same race different horse.

Xavier grinned. "Good news. She will be there. Along with her three friends Joshua, Mischa, and Claudette," he said with pride like he had been in an undercover James Bond mission.

Mischa... I felt anger boiling inside me when I pictured his arms around her.

"If you are planning on stealing her away and make her into one of your side pieces, you'd have to go through her friends first. I would be careful if I were you," Xander warned.

"You are asking me to be careful? Don't make me laugh. Don't you remember who I am? What can those puny humans possibly do against me? I can crush them like a bug anytime I want," I scoffed.

"Yeah, but still...we don't want to start a war between the wolves and humans. Remember the rules?" Xander reminded me.

Always the voice of reason.

Yes, I knew it all too well. As the alpha of the pack, it had been drilled into my brain.

"Don't worry. I will be careful. It's not like she will resist me anyway," I said confidently. No girl would resist me in the end.

"Why are you so obsessed with her anyway?" Robbie inquired.

Why indeed, I thought to myself.

Hi y'all.

And the school's bad boy is sort of obsessing about the one who walked away from his charms. Do you like it? Let me know. I do love those comments.
