Sirius' POV (Angela)

Fucking Silver.

Who did she think she was? She acted like my mother even though we were the same age. Even when our mother was alive she acted like a second mother.

And I was sick of it.

Tonight was the last straw when she yelled at me in front of everyone. All that for some chick she had just met. Since when did a stranger become more important to her than her own flesh and blood?

I decided to confront her later. I waited for her to leave the party. It was hours after midnight, and she was finally home.

"What the fuck was that about?" I barked as soon as she was within earshot.

"What was it about? You have the audacity to ask. You know exactly what you did wrong," she snarled. Her grey eyes were glowing in the dark.

"Why are you always in my business? Don't you think you should get off my back now that I'm an adult? I'm the leader of the pack, for fuck's sake!" I said angrily.

"I don't care if you are the king of the jungle. You sexually assaulted a girl. And I know my twin brother. He is a player, but he is no rapist!" she exclaimed.

Her eyes were full of disappointment.

My heart twitched a little as I realized what I did was wrong, but I was nowhere near ready to apologize.

My pride got in the way.

"Forget that girl. I don't give a shit about her," I lied.

Silver stared into my eyes. My lies had never worked on her. "That's bullshit, and we both know it. I want you to apologize and make things right with her."

"Don't order me around!" I screamed, which came out sounding like a roar. I suddenly felt power surging through my body. I needed to shift and vent.

This night has been absolute shit.

"Don't follow me. I need to cool off," I growled and ran towards the clearing.

I ran as fast as I was capable of. I felt my body bathe in the moonlight as the clouds parted, and the sky became clear.

My skin tingled, and my heart raced. I needed to run farther. Farther than the city so I did not risk running into someone I knew.

The air still smelled like rain. I did not slow down and kept going. I heard another wolf howl in the distance. A normal occurrence when the moon was out.

I stopped running until I was at all open field. I was barely out of breath, but my heart was racing. I felt the heat rising from within my body. I took my clothes off and tossed it to the side as my body felt like it was on fire.

I felt angry, and I was hurt. Hurt at the way Denver had looked me back there. I kept remembering how disgusted she looked when I touched her. She was supposed to feel lust, not hatred. Everything had gone wrong, and that was not my intention. I never intended to hurt her, then why? Why did I act recklessly when it came to her?

What was wrong with me?

I felt myself slowly transforming into my true form. I closed my fists tightly as I felt my muscles contorting into the shape of a beast. It was not painful anymore. Not like my first time. Now that I could control it. My muscles grew larger, and my teeth became sharper like a freshly sharpened knife. Black fur covered my body within seconds as I morphed into a large black wolf.

My wolf.

If only Denver could see me now. If she thought I was scary before...

I looked up at the brightly lit moon and howled as loud as I could. Letting go of all of my anger. I kept howling in an attempt to forget everything about tonight. Denver's hateful gaze, my guilt, everything. I stopped when I sensed another presence behind me. I got into a defensive position and looked around.

"Who is out there?" I called out.

Leaves rustled nearby, and I spun around in that direction. My eyes met a pair of glowing amber eyes.

Asher Gray.

I relaxed my stance. "Asher Gray. What do I owe this pleasure?"

Asher's Wolf, which was a large grey wolf with Amber eyes, slowly approached me. He was almost stalking me like I was his prey.

"You are in my territory, Storm," Asher sneered and bared his sharp teeth.

Shit, I was so focused on getting farther away I didn't even realize I crossed the border.

That was not good.

Three grey wolves slowly walked next to him, so now it was four to one.

"So fucking what? Are we starting a battle now?" I snarled arrogantly. Probably should not have done that.

"You know the drill. You cross, you pay the price. How about you fight me, kid? It has been a while since I tasted another dog's blood," Asher Gray said.

I arched my back and gazed into his fiery eyes. That old dog did not scare me. I was younger and stronger.

"Suits me. Are you going to fight me alpha to alpha, or are you gonna use your pack against me like a coward?" I asked and motioned towards the three other wolves behind him.

Asher turned around and signaled the other wolves to leave, so they silently walked away, leaving Asher and me alone under the moonlight.

He attacked first.

He jumped and tried to tackle me, but I dodged him with ease. My adrenaline was already pumping. He was not the only one who missed the taste of a good fight. I craved for it too.

I bared my teeth and let out a long howl, then jumped on Asher with all of my strength. The next thing I knew, we were rolling on the ground, clawing and scratching at each other.

Denver's face suddenly came into my mind, and I felt she would be disappointed in me for acting like a wild animal. Why did I care what she thought of me? Why now?

Asher took advantage of my distraction and pawed at me. His claws tore through my flesh on my shoulder. I growled in pain but quickly pushed him and threw him across the field.

"THAT'S ENOUGH!"

We both stopped in our tracks as I heard Amoux's disconcerting voice. He was standing in front of us. His eyes were glowing with anger.

"What the fuck do you think you are doing?" He directed the question at me.

"Your pup decided to tress pass, so I am teaching him a lesson," Asher morphed back to his human form and smirked.

"Care to explain what's going on?" Amoux asked me.

"I don't have to explain shit to you!" I roared and pushed past him, then ran back to my den. I was in no mood to explain or argue. It had been a shitty night already.

I quietly went into the bathroom and tended to my wounds. The slash wound was deep, but it was nothing I was not used to, and then some minor scratches. My wolf healing would take care of that soon enough.

I thought about Denver again, and the unwanted feeling of guilt came back.

Maybe I had come on too strong on the girl, I was used to women just falling for me, and I never really had to work much for it, I had thought it would be the same with Denver somehow. I should never have forced that kiss on her and make her hate me.

Sex and getting girls to kiss me I was a Master at. Getting a girl to like me for me, well...

An idea formed in my head all of a sudden.

I picked up my phone and typed. I needed advice. I needed a personality makeover.

Hi y'all.

Thank you for reading.

Sirius got himself in a bit of a pickle with both his sister and the neighboring alpha. Not really his week. Maybe a personality makeover would be a good ides, but who could help him with that?

If you like it then pop a vote and maybe leave comments. I'd love to know what you think.

Give me a follow too for updates. I'd appreciate that.
