Fenrir couldn't believe his eyes. 

Even after so many years, Hogwarts had been rebuilt to even appear more stunning and breathtaking to people walking towards it. Fenrir walked across the stone bridge with his pack right behind him, closing the distance between them and the school itself. Once they reached the courtyard, Fenrir paused in shock at what he saw. There were a bunch of students standing in the courtyard, holding a 'Welcome to Hogwarts' sign in bright bold colorful letters of red, yellow, green, and blue. 

There were different expressions across the students. Most of the kids, who were in their teens, appeared more uncomfortable with the sight of Fenrir and his pack walking into the courtyard. The students, who were clearly the pups, were more interested and excited to see newcomers. Probably since they never seen anyone (except for Lupin) that were like them but much older. Fenrir was not surprise to see most of the children there were pups. They made up over half of the students in the courtyard, but it probably wasn't even close to how many there truly were. Then there were the teachers, who glared in rage, and who could blame them. Their worse enemy, who they fought against in the great wizarding war, was at their home about to take root with them. 

Among the teachers, Fenrir could see Harry, Ron, Ginny and Remus in the front with their wands out. But what caught Fenrir's attention the most was Hermione. She had changed from from the pearl-white dress to a white blouse that had some of the buttons unhook to show her neck line and black skirt that reached above the knees with tights underneath them and a pair of black flats. She had removed her hair from a tight bun to flowing locks that framed her face just right. She had a young boy on her hip, that hugged tightly around her neck just like most of the mothers in the pack would hold their children sometimes. 

Fenrir couldn't help but lick his lips at her.  He knew that he should not be this out of control all because of a woman, especially when that woman was once his sworn enemy. However, there was a blaze in her that attracted him somehow unlike any other woman he came across. His attention to Hermione snap when Jackal's snickers caught his ear. 

"Are you sure it is only because of the kids that made you be okay with this, Alpha?" Jackal shot at him. Fenrir gave him a silent warning, but Jackal just bit his lips as Fenrir walked closer to Hermione. 

"Greetings, Headmistress Hermione. It's a pleasure to see you again." Fenrir told her while lightly taking her hand that wouldn't cause the boy to fall and kiss it. He could feel the glares of Ron, Harry, Ginny, and Lupin right on him, but he didn't care about that. The smoothness of her skin made him yearn deeply to keep his lips on her hand, but he pulled his head up to return his gaze to her brown eyes. 

"It's great to see you too, Fenrir. If you want, you can set up camp near Hagrid's Hut  before coming to my office to know the plans for school year." Hermione told him with a light grin. Fenrir shook his head. 

"That's alright, my Beta can take care of the pack while we talk." Fenrir stated to her as he motioned to Jackal to come to him, "Take the pack near Hagrid Hut and set up the tents." 

"Yes, Alpha." Jackal said before turning away and motioned for the pack to head to the back. 

"I thought your name was Fenrir?" Fenrir turned his attention to the boy in Hermione's arms. 

"Fenrir is my name. Alpha is my respectful title like Headmistress for Hermione here. Same goes with Jackal, who's one of the many Betas. It's another term for second in command." Fenrir explained to the pup. The pup nodded before he pointed to Hermione. 

"Well I'm her Beta." He stated firmly, which earned a laugh from Hermione. Fenrir couldn't help but be amused with the little pup. 

"I'm sure you do a great job at that." Fenrir told the pup. Hermione then set the pup down on the ground. 

"Well Jasper, my little Beta. You can round the kids and get them back to class." Hermione set him on his task. Jasper nodded before turning and started demanding to the other kids to move back inside. Hermione then moved her attention back to him and lifted her hand out. 

"If you don't mind, Alpha, may you walk me to my office to discuss the future for you during the school years?" Hermione asked with a grin. Fenrir had to force himself not to bite his lips or show any sign of how turned on with her calling him Alpha. 

He took hold of her arm and they walked to the front door of the school like a pair of kings and queens. However, before they got into the school, trouble step before them with the names of Harry, Ron and Lupin.
